Have you ever reacted to your child and then wondered...
where did that even come from?

That moment of pause — that tiny space between the reaction and the wondering — is where everything begins.

Here's something brain science tells us that I think every parent deserves to know:

🌿 We all carry internal parenting narratives.

Stories about what a good parent looks like. What a difficult moment means about us. What it says about who we are when things fall apart.

Most of these narratives were handed to us long before we became parents. By our own caregivers, by culture, by the unspoken rules of the families we grew up in.

And until we look at them — really look at them with curiosity instead of judgment — they run the show.

The good news? Awareness is where the shift begins.

This is the very first place we go inside the Deepening into Parenting Membership — because when you understand your own story, you become free to write a new one.
