Tickets are now available for sale online. I can’t wait to see everybody at the show! Two performances only.

Minuteman is a play by MadVa Performing Arts. It is set in the Mountains of Madison County Virginia during the Revolutionary War.

Hard work today with some of our youth and it’s beginning to look a lot like a theater! Tomorrow, bring props if you have them and be prepared for a full run through. It’s getting real, folks!

If you offered props to use for our production of Minuteman, please bring them to the barn either Saturday during our workday or Sunday at rehearsal. Thanks!

Double rainbow from last night’s rehearsal is not an official prop or set of this play, but made a celebrity appearance unannounced.

Reminder to actors, we will have an additional rehearsal this evening at the barn from 5-8pm. From 5-6 we will be rehearsing the following scenes:

Second half of scene 1 (p 4,5)
Scene 4a p 9
Scene 10
At 6:

Scene 16

Then, 14-16

Please check your scripts if you are part of those scenes!

Practice today at the barn is bound to be a bit wet! Please bring what you need, umbrellas etc, and park along the road not in the grass. If you need assistance, just let us know!

As of right now, Tickets will be available for purchase at the door, or at Taste of the Mountains at the Tourism tent during the festival on September 5th. Crossing our fingers that we can get the online ticket sales up soon!
