Lots of work on the house since the last update. Bathroom and kitchen plumbing fixtures are all functional, cabinets are hung, doorknobs are installed, and more.

Whole bunch of updates from the last week! Painting is 100% done, 🎨 flooring is mostly done,🚶‍♂️HVAC is mostly done, ♨️ solar is nearly done, ☀️ electrical is well on its way. 🔌

Happy new year! 🙏 Some highlights of construction over the past couple months 🏗️ 1: New CT cabinet for the house's electrical systems. 2-3: Drywall is done! And with a nice coat of paint in a neutral color. 4: The new boiler in 909 is very close to being finished. This will allow the heating on the 909 side, including the radiant floor heating ♨️ in the basement, to be switched on. 5-6: At long last, the new 915 boiler is running! It has several new features that will allow it to run smoothly, including a new dedicated water softener. 💦

Drywall now has a first coat of mud upstairs! As HVAC nears the finish line, pipes and ductwork are now boxed out to hang drywall in the basement. More updates soon 🔨🔌🪜🧰
