Pro Se Alliance is a nonprofit organization with a five-fold mission:
1. To educate Americans to represent themselves in legal matters;
2. To provide free services to the poor to help them exercise their rights;
3. To assist victims of injustice in the judicial system;
4. To educate the public on new forms of child abuse and domestic violence being perpetuated in family law matters, and to adv
ocate for the prevention of these forms of cruelty against children and parents; and
5. To investigate official misconduct and take whatever legal action necessary to fully rectify and remedy the misconduct. Pro Se Alliance is a 501(c)(3) Public Charity, which makes donations tax-deductible. Our mission is to fulfill our five tax-exempt purposes. The Alliance will educate Americans who wish to act “pro se” (in one's own behalf) in legal matters. In furtherance of this tax exempt purpose, the Alliance will provide online educational materials, such as articles and tutorials, and other online instruction and ongoing education, will train our local volunteers to provide supplemental education in their communities, and will refer our members to our local volunteers and other educators in their area for further instruction in how to represent themselves in legal matters. The Alliance will also:
Provide free services to the poor: To further both our educational and charitable purposes, Pro Se Alliance will offer free services to the poor via its website, and volunteer members of the Alliance will help the poor locally, in any way possible, to prepare for whatever they need on the legal front, whether it be document preparation, filing proper paperwork, tutoring in the basics of the law, understanding court orders, etc. The Alliance will also establish a referral network of free or low-cost local services;
Assist victims of injustice in the judicial system: As part of its charitable purpose, the Alliance will assist victims of injustice and neglected crime victims in preparing complaints and in gathering evidence for investigators, will refer victims to appropriate authorities, and will oversee the implementation of crime victim services and other services in the civil and criminal justice systems;
Educate the public on new forms of child abuse and domestic violence: As part of its educational and charitable purposes and to fulfill its purpose for the prevention of cruelty to children, the Alliance will educate the public on new forms of child abuse and domestic violence being perpetuated in family law matters, will educate parents about "Parental Alienation" and other types of abuses and formulate programs to deal with the abuses, will advocate for the prevention of these forms of cruelty against children and parents, and will take whatever legal action necessary to end the abuses and to set precedence for other victims similarly situated;
Educate (expose), investigate and litigate official misconduct: In furtherance of its educational and charitable purposes, the Alliance will keep the public informed about official misconduct in their area and how to deal with it; will investigate complaints of, and assist in investigations of, widespread official misconduct; and will take whatever legal action necessary to end widespread or systemic misconduct, to fully rectify and remedy the misconduct, and to hold offending local, state, and federal government officials and offices accountable to the people. As the Alliance grows, its members will refine our mission, as it best fits their local communities, but in keeping with its tax-exempt purposes. At the same time, the Alliance will work together with the founder to setup another nonprofit -- THE PEOPLE'S BRANCH -- which will, like Pro Se Alliance, have a mission that will compliment both organizations.
