FBCA, Inc. - Friends of Baker County Animals is growing quickly, and that growth is only possible because of the incredible people who support our mission. As we expand, we’re always looking for more fosters and volunteers—especially for fundraisers and in-store adoption events throughout 2026. Whether you have a little time, a lot of time, or just a big heart, there’s a place for you here.

We are at Ladybug Consignment Shoppe again today from 1-4pm with some cute adoptable felines, ready for their forever homes! Swing by and meet them, and take advantage of their Friday discounts and specials for all your Christmas shopping!

We could use a few extra hands this weekend, Saturday and Sunday from 12-4pm, to help with dog and cat adoptions for FBCA and Baker County Animal Control at our adoption event at Pet Supermarket off of Collins Rd.

Meet Bago (short for Winnebago)!

Thank you to Christine for trapping this sweet boy at Island RV and saving him from even more cold nights and a lizard only diet.

He now has a chance to find a forever home where he can have endless cuddles and warm cozy blankets 🩶

Bago is now with his loving foster family (thank you Tonya!) that is working to build trust and knock those fear walls down, bringing out all the love we know he has to give!

Once he has acclimated and more socialized with humans, he will be available for foster to adopt!

Looking to adopt this holiday? All of our felines over 5 months old are a $75 adoption fee through the end of the year!
