Together we can do so much because a community is much more than people sharing a space. It's a beneficial network of connections.

The 2025–2026 PWC Scholarship Committee proudly awarded 10 scholarships to area students, including the Hinckley Scholarship.

The scholarship committee members included Ann Campbell, Brenda Bradford, Jeana Cunningham, Suzie F**g, Amy Killian, Lisa Thomas-Perez, and Morgan Page.

Congratulations to all of the scholarship recipients on this achievement!

PWC Book Fair
The women of PWC had such a rewarding time sorting, boxing and delivering books to Malakoff and Tool Pre-K, Kindergarten and 1st Grade kids.

Big shout out to Whataburger for donating the bags for the books. We love our partnerships with the business community.

The women of PWC gathered for our annual Philanthropy Luncheon, a meaningful celebration that marks the culmination of a year filled with fundraising and giving back.

This special event honors the incredible local service organizations that work tirelessly to support and uplift our community. We were proud to recognize 25 of these organizations with monetary donations to further their missions.

A heartfelt thank you to all PWC members for your generosity and dedication throughout the year. Because of you, we are able to celebrate and support our local heroes.

PWC Community Day of Service:
PWC members and partners had a very rewarding and successful experience at Celebrate Forever Families today.
We cooked brunch for the ladies, played games and made crafts with the children, provided manicures for the ladies, organized the kids play area storage room, cleaned up the playground area, organized clothing donations, painted tables, bought and put together new rockers for the front porch. What a GREAT day!

Yesterday we had a sham-rocking time celebrating St. Paddy’s Day at Mabank Nursing Center! ☘️✨ We spent the day crafting cute ducks, enjoying live music by Kay Williams, and snacking on ice cream floats and cookies.

What a GREAT night was had by all who attended the Casino Night.

The Casino Girls were outstanding; the Bar Tenders were dressed for success; the Auctioneer was working the crowd; the decorations were wonderful and the energy in the building was over the top.

We are so grateful for all who attended and helped to raise needed funds for PWCCF and our community at large.

Donations were collected and delivered to Faith in Action in Malakoff, including around 175 pairs of socks, a carload of panty liners, pads, and wipes, plus some cash for them to buy other needed items. They were absolutely thrilled! They provided us a tour of their facility and saw firsthand the incredible blessing they provide to those in need.
