At ConfiKids, we believe confidence comes in many forms—and for some children, it starts on the dance floor. 🩰

Dance teaches so much more than choreography. It builds self-esteem, encourages discipline, fosters friendships, and gives children a place to express themselves freely. Through movement, they discover their strength, creativity, and confidence.

One year ago, Natalie Jean Boyd joined our team, and from day one, we knew she was the perfect fit!

Over the past year, Natalie has done an incredible job growing our social media presence, creating our monthly newsletter, and supporting our team with countless administrative tasks. Her dedication and attention to detail make such a difference, and we are truly grateful for all she does.

Natalie also plays an important role in our application process, working diligently to prequalify candidates and helping us serve even more children and families.

We are honored to announce that Confikids is a recipient of the 2026 Alternatives for Youth Foundation (AYF) Award.

The Alternatives for Youth Foundation is a supporting philanthropic organization that partners with agencies serving children, young adults, and families, helping to strengthen communities and advocate for those in need. The Key Program, Inc. is a nonprofit agency with over 50 years of service to children, families, and emerging adults across Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

In partnership with The Key Program, The AYF presents a select group of agencies with a generous donation in recognition of their service, compassion, and dedication to the human services field. Through this partnership, The Key Program is granted the opportunity to nominate organizations whose work demonstrates an outstanding commitment to supporting children, young adults, and families in their communities.

We are extremely grateful to be selected for this prestigious award. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the AYF as well as The Key Program for hosting this event, and for supporting our mission.
