What I appreciate most is how Commonwealth Payroll handles the full spectrum of complexity that businesses face today. They don’t just “run payroll”.. they simplify it. From nuanced compliance issues to multi-layered workforce structures, they make the complicated feel seamless and manageable.

Grateful for another great Coastal Referral Exchange meeting!

Last week, we had the pleasure of hearing from Valentin Maldonado of Continental Construction..and what a story it was.

Valentin shared details about some of his recent projects, including an impressive 5,000 sq ft single-family home in Boxford that he’s currently building for his own family. Such an exciting milestone!

What truly stood out, though, was his journey. Valentin came to this country from Guatemala, started out as a painter, and through hard work, dedication, and persistence, built his way up to where he is today. It was incredibly inspiring to hear firsthand.
