Elise Ministries was started with the intention to reach the unreached and bring the gospel through physical and spiritual support.

Every Wednesday at Solid Rock Baptist Church Food Bank we will be giving out compassion bags, which are filled with water, snacks, and other goodies.

Starting at 9am - until supplies last

*We do our best to be there on Wednesdays to give these items out. Information on schedules will be posted on Facebook & Instagram stories on Tuesdays.

In about a month, I will be setting up an Outreach Table at Solid Rock Baptist Church Food Bank at least two times a month.

What is the mission for this outreach table?
My vision and mission is to meet physical and spiritual needs of those in the Madison Heights area.

What items are included on this table?
Below is the list of items that I plan to have set up to give out:
•Bibles, pocket size and normal size. 📖
•Activity bags for kids, which includes a Christian activity book and crayons. 🖍️
•Bouquets of flowers that have attached encouragement cards. 💐
And other items pending on time of year.

*Since the new website is not set up yet, I am making bracelets for $2 - with 100% going towards this outreach table + The Elise Ministries. Message me for information if interested!

Welcome to Elise Ministries..

a nonprofit campaign with the mission to empower individuals through grace and compassion.

What does the name mean?
Elise has the meaning of God’s promise, linked with the trait of grace.

Our History:
I (Sophie, the Founder) decided to start this new nonprofit. Elise Ministries will be doing similar things as before with The Global Giving Project, but some campaigns and other projects will be not be continuing.

*A little update:
I am overwhelmed by the support from others! Several people has stepped up and offered to become the new president of TGGP. After a bit of thought, I decided to take some time away from the ministry to think more about this decision on who should become the new The Global Giving Project President. I do plan on coming back to TGGP. Thank you guys!!

Hi everyone! This is Sophie, the youth founder of The Global Giving Project. So much has happened over the past week, so here is the update..

For those who don’t know..The Global Giving Project’s President, Stephanie Andreas, passed away.
In result to this, I have to make the very hard decision to not continue with The Global Giving Project anymore.

Both me and mom put so much hard work and thought into creating this 501(c)3 Nonprofit Organization.

Starting today, no more donations or campaigns will be made.

A huge thank you to each one of you for your support and prayers in the past year with TGGP. 💕

The remaining funds we have will be sent to Cambodia Village Outreach, a partner nonprofit we have been working with.
If you are looking for a charity to give towards, I strongly suggest Cambodia Village Outreach, as they were friends to both me and my mom. The difference they are making in rural Cambodia is so amazing and encouraging! ☺️

After deciding on a statement that aligns with the work happening at The Global Giving Project, I am excited to announce the new mission statement..

Empowering women, children, and families to become disciples of Jesus.

By providing education for children and discipleship for families, this ministry will reach the unreached and serve communities around the world, resulting in making disciples of Jesus.

Imagine going to school and having no supplies to encourage you in your schooling..

For many kids in Cambodia, that is the exact experience they are going through.

Now imagine being handed a backpack filled with school supplies and everything you need!

The smiles and joy that the child has now that they know they have the items needed to begin their academic year is so encouraging and uplifting!

Right now we are fundraising for children in Cambodia to have the school supplies and resources needed for this upcoming academic year.

On the Amazon Wishlist displayed below, you can purchase items that will go directly to the children of Cambodia!
