Monday Membership Moment
Today, as we celebrate Labor Day and recognize the contributions of those who work hard to make a difference in their communities, it’s a great time to think about the work we do together in Scouting.
Scouting doesn’t happen without people who are willing to give their time, share their talents, and create opportunities for young people to learn, grow, and lead.
This week, take a moment to thank a Scout leader, volunteer, parent, or community partner who helps make Scouting possible. Then, think about someone else in your community who has a passion, skill, or talent that could make a difference in the lives of young people.
An invitation to volunteer can be just as important as an invitation to join.
This Labor Day, let’s celebrate the people who make Scouting strong and invite others to be part of the work.
