A heartfelt THANK YOU to the Rev. George L. Fox Memorial Chapel & Museum for hosting the First Responder Appreciation Ceremony this past Saturday! ❤️🚑🚒🚓
Members of the Gilman Lunenburg Rescue Squad were honored to attend this very special event recognizing the firefighters, EMS providers, law enforcement officers, dispatchers, game wardens, rescue personnel, and others who answer the call when our communities need them.
We are very grateful to Bob Rice, Reverend Piper, the Fox family, and everyone involved in making the morning so meaningful. From the ceremony and words of appreciation to the presentation of the beautiful commemorative medallions, lunch, ice cream, tours, and fellowship afterward, it was clear that a tremendous amount of thought and work went into the event.
The medallion presented to attending first responders is especially meaningful, honoring the legacy of Chaplain (Lt.) George L. Fox and the Memorial Chapel here in Gilman.
Thank you for recognizing the men and women who serve our communities and for continuing the message of:
“Service Before Self.”
We are proud to serve Gilman, Lunenburg, and our surrounding communities, and we truly appreciate being included in such a special day.
Thank you for honoring those who answer the call. ❤️
