At Lumber River United Way, our mission is centered on helping individuals and families throughout our community during times of need. We believe that when local organizations work together, we can make a greater impact and help our neighbors move toward stability, independence, and a brighter future.

Through our partnership with the Robeson County Church and Community Center, we are able to connect people with essential resources and support when they need it most. Together, we help provide food and other basic necessities to individuals and families who may be facing financial hardship or difficult circumstances.

Our goal is not only to meet immediate needs, but also to offer compassion, encouragement, and a helping hand to those working to get back on their feet. By combining our resources and working together, Lumber River United Way and the Robeson County Church and Community Center are able to reach more people and strengthen the community we both serve.

At Lumber River United Way, we believe that helping our neighbors creates a stronger Robeson County. Through partnerships, generosity, and community support, we are committed to making sure people know they do not have to face difficult times alone.
