Today a check was presented to Deep East Texas Crime Stoppers for $790.00 to go towards their Randy Stallard Scholarship fund. These funds were donated in memory of Randy Stallard. Randy Stallard was a retired Lufkin PD officer and was a current Central ISD police officer when he passed away from complications as the result of COVID-19 on 11/02/2021.
Randy Stallard was loved by all and his memory will live on through this scholarship.
