Oh Koa 🥺

He is eating and drinking... not tons but here and there.
So far with the FIP meds, there hasn't been any sign of improvement. Today will be day 5 on it and it can take up to 2 weeks before signs of improvement.

This past weekend he has been falling out of the litter box whenever he is trying to use it.
Last night he started straining to p**p and now there's blood in it..

His walking is worse....his back end just gives out and he falls over and sometimes he just lays there a min before he tries getting back up.
His temp is down from 103 to 101 and he is down to 7.61 lbs.

It's heartbreaking to watch him to stumble around especially after how well he was doing for a while there....Come on Koa!! You got this!! 🤎💪

Keep those good vibes coming his way. ✨️

Our Foster dog Sissy🤎 went to party with her friends this weekend (aka stay at the kennel)☺️
while her Foster Momma had to go out of town for a gig.

Sis has the best time at this particular kennel!! She gets to play and hang out with other dogs. Which she absolutely LOVES. She loves people but she really is a dogs dog too.

When she is available for adoption, she sure would like a home with other fur siblings and a fenced in yard.

Her bladder issues have been being managed fantasticly by both meds Proin and Incurin. And starting this week per the Vet, we will be transitioning her off her prescription food to an over the counter food.🤞

She's not quite ready for adoption...but if you would like more info about our girl....message this page directly!!

We are NOT Animal Control.
Mason County Mutts are completely SEPARATE, I volunteer there, get their animals needed vet care, pull dogs & cats from there to foster.
We make and share posts to help these animals find homes, get back to their owners and to generally just help.

Koa may not be feeling well but that doesn't dampen his love for Halloween! 🍂🎃💀

This morning he asked me to pick up a costume for him. Of course I said yes!
I saw this one at Tractor Supply and thought he'd look cute in it. 🥹

I don't think he agrees with my choice...lol .. 😆
