West Point Parents Club - Llano Estacado West Point Parents Club-Llano Estacado serves Lubbock, Abilene & surrounding Texas areas. Support group for US Military Academy parents & cadets.

West Point Parents Club of the Llano Estacado facilitates communication between the United States Military Academy (USMA) and cadet parents from the 19th Congressional Districts, to include the Lubbock and Abilene regions. WPPC-LE promotes the image of West Point in the local community, assists the regional USMA recruiting effort, and provides fellowship for parents before, during, and after their

cadet’s attendance at West Point. The WPPC-LE adviser is James (Jim) Saso, Military Admissions Representative for the 19th Congressional District.
