πŸ’œ Welcome to July, sweet sisters! πŸ’œ

I'm so excited to begin a new month together here in Chain Breakers Circle.
Our theme for July is Walking in Confidence.
For so many years, I let fear, insecurity, and the opinions of others determine how I saw myself. But God has been teaching me that true confidence isn't found in who I amβ€”it's found in who He is.

This month, we'll be learning how to: πŸ’œ Walk confidently in our identity in Christ. πŸ’œ Choose courage over fear. πŸ’œ Leave the past behind and embrace the freedom God has for us. πŸ’œ Take steps of faith, knowing God is with us every step of the way.
Our verse for the month is:

πŸ“– Joshua 1:9 (CSB) "Haven't I commanded you: Be strong and courageous? Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go."
No matter what you're facing this month, remember this: You do not walk alone. God is with you.

✨ Let's encourage one another. What is one area where you're asking God to help you walk in confidence this month?
I'd love to pray for you. Leave your answer in the comments below. 🀍

Can I be honest for a minute?

This week has been one of those weeks where I've had to remind myself that healing isn't a straight line.

Some days I feel confident. Some days I feel strong. And then there are days when the old lies try to whisper that I'm not enough.

But every time those thoughts come, I choose to go back to God's Word instead of believing the lies.

I'm learning that healing isn't about never struggling again.

It's about knowing where to run when I do.

Every time I run to Jesus, He reminds me that my identity has never changedβ€”even on my hardest days. His truth is greater than my feelings, and His love for me never changes.

Today, I'm choosing to believe what God says about me instead of what my feelings tell me.

πŸ“– "I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Your works are wonderful, I know that full well." β€” Psalm 139:14

If you're struggling today, I want you to know you're not alone. ❀️ Healing takes time, and God isn't finished with your story. Even when progress feels slow, He is still working.

πŸ’œ What's one thing God has been teaching you in this season? I'd love to pray for you and encourage you.

✨ Remember this today: You are loved. You are chosen. You are enough because of Christ.
πŸ’œ If this encouraged you today, would you leave a ❀️, share this with someone who needs it, or let me know how I can pray for you? I'd be honored to pray with you.

Can I encourage the woman who wants to spend more time with God but feels overwhelmed? πŸ’œ

I've been there.

There have been days when I opened my Bible and didn't know where to start. I wanted to grow closer to God, but I felt overwhelmed trying to figure out what to read, how to study, or even how to pray.

God has been reminding me that my quiet time doesn't have to be perfect. He isn't asking for perfectionβ€”He's asking for my heart.

So I created a simple Bible study routine that has helped me stay focused, be consistent, and spend intentional time with Jesus. I'm still learning and growing every day, but I'm so thankful God meets me right where I am.

If you've been longing for a deeper relationship with God, I hope this encourages you to simply start. One verse. One prayer. One moment with Him can change your day.

πŸ“– "Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you." β€” James 4:8

πŸ’œ Save this reel so you can come back to it during your next quiet time.

🌸 Share it with a friend who may need a little encouragement today.

πŸ‘‡ I'd love to hear from you: What's the biggest challenge you face when it comes to spending time with God? I'll be praying over every comment.

This one is a little vulnerable for me to share. πŸ’œ

For a long time, I struggled with feeling like I wasn't enough.

Not a good enough mom.
Not a good enough Christian.
Not a good enough friend.
Not a good enough woman.

The truth is, I still battle those thoughts some days.

But God continues to remind me that my worth isn't found in what I do, what others think of me, or how perfect I am.

My worth is found in Him.

If you've ever struggled with feeling like you're not enough, I want you to know you're not alone.

We're all healing. We're all growing. And God's grace is enough for every step of the journey. πŸ’œ

Drop a πŸ’œ below if you've ever felt this way too.

For a long time, I believed lies about myself that God never said.

I believed I wasn't good enough.
I believed my mistakes defined me.
I believed I had to earn love and acceptance.

The truth is, God has been teaching me that my worth comes from Himβ€”not from my past, my failures, or what other people think of me.

I'm still healing.
I'm still growing.
And I'm still learning to see myself the way God sees me.

What is one lie God has helped you overcome?

Part 2 of my "This Is Me" series. πŸ’œ

Behind Chains Breakers Circle is simply a woman who loves Jesus, her children, journaling, worship music, butterflies, glitter, and a cold Dr. Pepper. πŸ¦‹βœ¨πŸ₯€

God is still working on me, and I'm grateful for His grace every step of the way.

I'd love to get to know you too.

What's one thing that helps you feel close to God?

πŸ’œ This Is Me... Part 2 πŸ’œ

I'm Jennifer.

A woman who loves Jesus, cold coffee, butterflies, journaling, worship music, sparkly things, and spending time with my children.

I'm not perfect, and I still have days when I struggle.

I still have questions.
I still make mistakes.
I still need God's grace every single day.

But one thing I've learned is that God isn't looking for perfection.

He's looking for willing hearts.

When I'm not working on Chains Breakers Circle, you'll usually find me reading my Bible, writing in my journal, listening to worship music, working on a diamond painting, or enjoying a cold Dr. Pepper while spending time with God.

I love encouraging people and reminding them that they are not alone in what they're facing.

My heart is simple:

To love God.
To love people.
To help women find healing, hope, and freedom in Christ.

Now I'd love to know more about you.

What's one thing you enjoy doing that helps you feel close to God? πŸ’œ

πŸ’œ My Healing Journey πŸ’œ

There was a time when I looked for my worth in people.

I changed who I was so others would accept me. I settled for less than God's best because I didn't fully understand my value.

But God showed me that my worth doesn't come from people's opinions, acceptance, or approval.

My worth comes from Him.

Healing wasn't overnight, and I still have moments where God is teaching me and growing me. But through it all, He has been faithful every step of the way.

Today, I know I am a daughter of the King. πŸ‘‘πŸ’œ

If God can teach me my worth, He can do the same for you.

Have you ever struggled with finding your worth in others?
