Beulah 4-H Club will have their monthly meeting on Tues. Oct. 14 at 6:00 at Beulah Community Center. Our program has changed. Robin Portis, Master Gardener, will help members make "Fairy Gardens". We will have a program on "Fire Safety" another month. Ages 5-18 are invited. We can help new members enroll in 4-H online.

Beulah 4-H Club will have our August meeting tonight-Tues. Aug. 12 from 6-7:30 at Beulah Comm. Bld. (5436 W. Pine St., Mt. Airy}. We'll be planning and working on a Decorated Christmas Tree and/or fairbooth for Surry Co. Fair and Carolina Classic Fair. Ages 5-18 are invited.

Three of our Beulah 4-H members were able to attend Betsy-Jeff Penn 4-H Camp at Reidsville for a week with Surry Co. 4-H.

Beulah 4-H Club Members participated in several Surry Co. 4-H Summer Fun Work shops for 2025.

Beulah 4-H Club will cancel their monthly meeting tonight, Tues. July 8. We have 3 members at 4-H Camp this week and several other members who can't attend tonight.
If members want our club to do a western theme fairbooth and or make ornaments for the decorated Christmas tree contests at the fairs, be thinking of ideas for us.
Be getting your items ready to enter at Surry Co. Fair in Sept. You could be making crafts or doing art projects to enter. Use last year's fairbook to see what you can enter.

Beulah 4-H Club will have their June meeting on June 10, 2025 at the Beulah Community Building from 6:00-7:30. Five members will do their presentations for our program. It will be a good learning experience for members who haven't done a presentation before. We will have a short business meeting, refreshments, and some fun things to do also. Anyone ages 5-18 is invited. If youth aren't registered in 4-H online, parents should stay with them at the meeting. Parents are always welcome.

Beulah 4-H Club Pet Show was held on May 13, 2025 at Beulah Church. Ten 4-H members entered 6 real pets and 4 toy animals. Each animal won a ribbon and a Queen and King were crowned. Six 4-H leaders and adults attended.

Beulah 4-H Club will have a Pet Show on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 6:00 at Beulah Methodist Church on Beulah Church Road. Any 4-H members in Surry County are invited to enter a pet. If members don't have a pet, a toy pet may be entered. Members will tell judges about their pet and show their pet to the judges. Each pet will win a ribbon. Dogs should be on leashes. Cats and small animals should be in carriers. Brothers and sisters may enter 1 pet together if they want to. 4-H members in other clubs need to contact Gail Shelton on facetook or by phone to register their pet for the show. Beulah 4-H Club will meet on Tues. Oct. 8, 2024 from 6-7:30 at Beulah Community Building. Carmen Long, Surry Co. Family and Consumer Science Agent will give the program on "Halloween Kitchen Science". Members will make "Encouragement Cards" for people in Western NC. Youth, ages 5-18 are invited. They need to be registered in 4-H online.

Beulah 4-H Club will meet today, Tues. Sept. 10 for our regular meeting at 6:00 at the Beulah Comm. Center. Members that want to work more on making ornaments for Carolina Classic Fair and want to work on our fairbooth can come at 5:00. They will have ham and cheese and/or pimiento cheese sandwiches for supper. Regular refreshments will be served after our meeting. We changed our pet show from tonight until Oct. since we have so many fair things to work on now. Members need to bring nonperishable foods for our fairbooth and to donate later.

Beulah 4-H Club will meet at Fisher River Park today, August 13, 2024 from 6:00-7:30, at the fireplace shelter(the last shelter past the sports fields on the left).
Laken Cheek with Soil and Water Conservation will present our program on "Water Quality". We'll learn under the shelter first. Then Laken will help us look for microorganisms in the small stream in the middle of the park. If weather permits and the river isn't muddy, members can play in the river at the end. Members can wear bathing suits under shorts or shorts they don't mind getting wet.
Youth ages 5-18 are invited.

Beulah 4-H Club met on July 9, 2024 at the Beulah Community Building. Five members and five adults were present. We had a short business meeting with pledges to our flags. We recognized members for participating in District Activity Day. Alyna Rutt and Anabell Cleary won gold on their presentations. Jaxon Hawks and Maria Cleary won participation ribbons on their presentations. Alyna and Maria entered pillows they made. Alyna modeled a dress she made in the Fashion Show. Alyna, Abygail Goodson, Maria Cleary, Jaxon, and Anabell all had entries in the Dog Contests. Christy Shelton gave her presentation at an Abound Health Workshop. Our program was about items that can be entered in the Surry Co. and Carolina Classic Fairs. Members made art projects that they can enter this Fall. Refreshments were enjoyed.
