With over 25 years of experience in inclusive education and disability inclusion, Kshama Kaushik has dedicated their career to creating opportunities for children with disabilities and their families. Through a 23+ year partnership between Rajasthan Mahila Kalyan Mandal (RMKM), Ajmer, and Vibha, this shared commitment has grown into lasting impact.

The strongest partnerships don’t just support programs, they grow with communities, adapt to challenges, and create opportunities that last far beyond a single project. Kshama’s reflection is a reminder of what becomes possible when organizations come together with a shared vision for every child.

As we celebrate , we’re celebrating the people and partnerships that have shaped our journey over the years.

🇮🇳 Celebrating India’s Independence Day with the Indian American Community of Newton! 🇮🇳

Vibha Boston was invited to join the Indian American Community of Newton, MA for their Independence Day celebrations and connect with so many members of the community.

A special highlight for us was the opportunity to meet and speak with Dy Consul General Smt. Shruthi Purushotam and share more about Vibha Boston’s work and our mission to create brighter opportunities for children through education, health, and empowerment initiatives.

We are grateful for opportunities like these that allow us to build meaningful connections, raise awareness about Vibha’s mission, and engage with community leaders who share a commitment to making a positive impact. 🇮🇳 Celebrating India’s Independence Day with the Greater Boston Community! 🇮🇳

Vibha Boston was thrilled to be part of the India Day celebrations organized by India Association of Greater Boston at the beautiful Nara Park in Acton.

It was wonderful to come together with the community to celebrate India’s rich culture, heritage, and the spirit of independence. The event was filled with colorful performances, community connections, and a strong sense of togetherness.

A HUGE thank you to IAGB and all the volunteers who worked hard to organize such a memorable celebration.

At Vibha, we are always grateful for opportunities like these to connect with the community and continue spreading awareness about our mission of creating a brighter future for underprivileged children.

“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.” It was inspiring to see so many organizations come together, each working in their own way to uplift lives, support families, preserve culture, promote education, and serve the community. What an incredible day filled with colorful kites, smiling faces, cultural performances, food, music, vendors, raffles, and above all — a community coming together for a meaningful cause.
