Treasurer David Lacob
Secretary Jacklyn Mike

The Florida Council on Crime and Delinquency is a non-profit corporation dedicated to the promotion of high professional standards for criminal justice agencies and criminal justice personnel. The keystone for FCCD is its educational programs which are designed to foster an interchange of information and training between the professionals in Law Enforcement, the Courts, Corrections, Probation and

Parole, Juvenile Justice and Interested Citizens. FCCD is the Primary Organization in the State of Florida for bringing the various Criminal Justice Disciplines together to help recognize and develop strategies to solve our great state’s Criminal Justice needs. FCCD traces its history back to 1935 through an antecedent organization, the Florida Probation Association. The council was chartered by Secretary of State in 1964 as a non-profit corporation dedicated to promoting high standards for criminal justice agencies and criminal justice personnel. Through the years, FCCD has continued to focus the attention of its members and the citizens of Florida upon the needs of the criminal justice system. The emphasis at the state and local level has been on a variety of challenges facing the state in the criminal justice area.

We did it!!! After back to back 2nd place finishes in the Sunshine Bowl flag football tournament. This year Them boys came out and took home 1st Place!! Marion Correctional Institution Goodfellas won all four of our games which in my opinion was the toughest teams at the Tournament. All the money that was raised is for the Special Olympics which is a great cause! Special thanks to Element Spin Studio, Smokey Fockers, and The Enforcers Motorcycle Club as well as FCCD Chapter 18 for donating funds for the cause! We take home the gold this year big shoutouts to all the teams involved this year and the sportsmanship showed on the field!!!

FCCD Chapter 18 In collaboration with Marion Work Camp and Marion Correctional Institutions dedicated staff collected and donated $1580 monetary donation as well as a substantial amount of diapers, linens, and miscellaneous other items were presented to Hands of Mercy Everywhere,Inc which is a wonderful organization that is located in Bellview Florida that provides a loving Christian home for pregnant or teen girls. The campus is a beautiful and the home that houses the residents was beautiful. The money raised and completely donated was from a luncheon that Marion Work Camp Staff cooked and served the Donations which we couldn’t all fit under the tree. (It was about double of what is in the pics) was collected and donated by the dedicated Staff at Marion Correctional Institution and it’s Work camp!
