🇺🇸 Yesterday, Lovettsville American Legion Post 1836 had the honor of participating in The Town of Lovettsville's annual Veterans Day Ceremony.

In the absence of Commander Steve Harris, Immediate Past Commander Nate Fontaine brought greetings on behalf of the Post. Members of Post 1836 also participated by performing the POW/MIA Missing Man Table Ceremony.

For the third year, Lovettsville American Legion Post 1836 has partnered with the Town of Lovettsville for the Hometown Heroes Banner Program, dedicating 7 new banners this year. With 5 inaugural banners dedicated in 2023, 13 banners in 2024, and 7 this year, the Post has worked to dedicate a total of 25 banners in just three years, lining the streets of Lovettsville with America's Heroes.

It is an honor and a privilege for Lovettsville American Legion Post 1836 to continue our partnership with the Town of Lovettsville, and we congratulate and honor those who received both Veterans Pavers and Hometown Heroes Banners this year.

To all Veterans past and present, we salute you! Happy Veterans Day. 🇺🇸🫡
