Screen time is inevitable in today’s society, but it is important to finding ways to limit it because too much screen time can affect:

😴 Sleep - because blue light disrupts our sleep and wake cycles.

🦴 Joint and muscular health - when you’re sitting down watching something on a screen or working, you’re not prioritizing exercise/movement.

👁️ Eye health - constant exposure to blue light over time could damage vision and may cause things like macular degeneration.
