January is usually all about reinvention—but Veganuary is reminding us that celebrating who you already are matters too. This year, it doesn’t have to be a “new year, new you.”
Make TRYING PLANT-BASED FOR ONE MONTH your 2026 resolution. Stay authentically you WHILE exploring how you feel with new ingredients in the mix.
For example: don’t give up the cheese you love this January—just give up cheese with cholesterol. 🧀😉
The goal isn’t to BE plant-based for a month (unless you want to set the bar that high). The goal is to TRY plant-based every day for a month.
