Take the Next Step with Louisville Select Baseball!

Is your player ready for a challenge beyond recreation baseball—but you’re not looking for the expense or extensive travel of many full-time travel programs?

Louisville Select offers a community travel baseball experience designed for players who want to continue developing their skills while representing Louisville.

Our focus is simple:
🩵 Build sportsmanship and character
⚾ Develop baseball fundamentals and game IQ
🤝 Foster friendships and teamwork
💪 Teach life lessons through the game

Players will compete in:
✅ SSBL league play
✅ 2–3 local tournaments
✅ A community-based travel schedule that keeps families close to home

Program Cost
💲 $325 registration
🎟️ Plus a commitment to raise $300 through team fundraising opportunities provided by the program.

As the Louisville Select 10U season came to a close yesterday, we’re grateful for so much more than wins and losses.

The boys finished the weekend with a Silver Bracket Championship at the Community Classic, but what we’ll remember most is the growth that happened throughout the season.

This team learned what it means to work hard, support one another, overcome challenges, celebrate teammates’ successes, and continue improving every time they stepped on the field. Friendships were strengthened, confidence was built, and memories were made that will last long after the final game.

This spring was an exciting step forward for Louisville Select Baseball. Our teams brought home one tournament championship and one runner-up finish (with a tournament left this weekend), but what we’re most proud of is the growth we’ve seen in our players and program.

As we look ahead to next season, we’re excited to continue building something special.

🐆 Be a Leopard. Our partnership with Louisville High School Baseball continues to grow, creating more opportunities for player development, mentorship, and a baseball pathway from youth baseball to the high school program. We’re also excited to explore new partnerships throughout the Louisville community that will continue to benefit our players and families.

💙 NEW this year: One new player joining the Louisville Select program will be selected to receive a full sponsorship covering their spring registration fees. We believe every player should have the opportunity to be part of something special.

⚾ We’re also looking to grow our coaching team! If you’re passionate about developing young athletes and helping build the future of Louisville Baseball, we’d love to hear from you. We’re seeking individuals interested in serving as Head Coach, Assistant Coach, or either role for the 2027 season.

Louisville Select is proud to announce our 8U team took home the 2026 Dave D. Memorial Tournament 8u kid pitch championship! The boys run differential in the tournament was +25!!! These boys have worked incredibly hard all season and to see their hard work pay off is extremely gratifying. They have played a very tough schedule and are now riding a program record winning streak. Congrats to all the players, coaches and parents on a truly remarkable weekend of baseball!

Louisville Select 8U Hold Off Lake Hurricanes 8U For Victory

Louisville Select 8U built a 5-run lead in the third inning and then held off Lake Hurricanes 8U's charge for a 7-6 victory on Monday. Lake Hurricanes 8U closed the gap by scoring on a single, a single, and a single.

Louisville Select 8U didn't take the lead until later in the game. The game was tied at six in the top of the seventh when Braxton M singled, scoring one run.

A single by Carson B on an 0-2 count put Lake Hurricanes 8U on the board in the bottom of the first.

Noah S singled down the right field line on the seventh pitch of the at-bat, which helped Louisville Select 8U tie the game at one in the top of the second.

Louisville Select 8U flipped the game on its head in the top of the third, scoring five runs on seven hits to take the lead, 6-1. The biggest blow in the inning was a single by Jackson H that drove in one.

Lake Hurricanes 8U tied the game up in the bottom of the third thanks to three singles. Lake Hurricanes 8U tied the game at six on a single by Zeke H.

Noah led things off on the hill for Louisville Select 8U. The right-handed pitcher allowed three hits and one run over two innings, striking out two and walking two. Zeke started the game for Lake Hurricanes 8U. The hurler gave up three hits and one run over two innings, striking out four and walking two. Brockston M tossed two innings of shutout ball for Louisville Select 8U in relief. The reliever gave up one hit, striking out five and walking three.

Louisville Select 8U amassed 17 hits in the game. Kolby A, Noah, Jax M, Coby K, Jackson, and Brockston each collected two hits for Louisville Select 8U. Noah, Jax, Landon S, Kole L, Jackson, Brockston, and Braxton each drove in one run for Louisville Select 8U. Louisville Select 8U were sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Dawson S made the most plays with five.

Lake Hurricanes 8U tallied 13 hits in the game. Jaxson E drove the middle of the lineup, leading Lake Hurricanes 8U with three runs batted in. The cleanup hitter went 2-for-3 on the day. Carson led Lake Hurricanes 8U with three hits in three at bats. Luke R collected two hits for Lake Hurricanes 8U in two at bats. Lake Hurricanes 8U were sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Griffin K had the most chances in the field with one.

Louisville Select 8U play at home on Wednesday against Akron A’s 8U in their next game.

Louisville Select 8U Breeze Past Dragons 8U

Louisville Select 8U won big over Dragons 8U 8-2 on Monday at 7459 Columbus Road Northeast.

Louisville Select 8U opened the scoring in the bottom of the first thanks to two walks. Louisville Select 8U first got on the board when Kolby A drew a walk, scoring one run.

Louisville Select 8U added to their early lead in the bottom of the third inning after Jackson H grounded out, Kolby doubled, and Jax M singled, each scoring one run.

Gavin J hit a solo inside the park home run in the top of the fifth for the Dragons 8U.

Noah S started the game for Louisville Select 8U. The righty surrendered two hits and one run over three innings, striking out eight and walking none. Camden O stepped on the mound first for Dragons 8U. The hurler surrendered zero hits and two runs over two innings, striking out five and walking four. Brockston M tossed one inning of scoreless ball for Louisville Select 8U in relief. The pitcher surrendered zero hits, striking out three and walking none.

Louisville Select 8U collected 13 hits in the game. Jax, Coby K, Kole L, and Brockston each collected two hits for Louisville Select 8U. Kolby and Jax were a one-two punch in the lineup, as each drove in two runs for Louisville Select 8U. Louisville Select 8U didn't commit a single error in the field. Despite trailing by as many as four runs, Louisville Select 8U rallied to best GlenOak Eagles 8U 2026 9-4 on Thursday at 7459 Columbus Rd NE.

GlenOak Eagles 8U 2026 got on the board in the top of the third inning after Everhett H singled, scoring one run, and Dukes Y homered, scoring three runs.

Louisville Select 8U tied the game up in the bottom of the third thanks to three singles. Louisville Select 8U tied the game at four on a single by Coby K.

Louisville Select 8U took the lead, 9-4, in the bottom of the fourth thanks to singles by Jax M, Kolby A, Koda B, and Dawson S.

Landon S stepped on the bump first for Louisville Select 8U. The right-handed pitcher allowed one hit and zero runs over two innings, striking out six and walking one. Frank D led things off on the hill for GlenOak Eagles 8U 2026. The hurler surrendered zero hits and zero runs over three innings, striking out eight and walking one. Jax threw two innings of zero-run ball for Louisville Select 8U in relief. The hurler allowed zero hits, striking out five and walking one.
