Today is World Heart Day — we love our heart warrior and are so proud of the little man he’s becoming! 🫀💪🏻❤️
I would never wish this life or this journey on my worst enemy, but if there’s one thing I can say with certainty, it’s that this path has brought some of the kindest, most loving, caring, and supportive people into our lives. ❤️
From Thomas’s incredible care team to the other families walking similar journeys, we’ve met people who have become so much more than friends — they have truly become family. They’ve been there through every high and every low, every scary moment, every little victory, and everything in between since the very beginning of Thomas’s journey. 🫶🏻
We are forever grateful for the love, support, and friendships this journey has brought into our lives. Even through the hardest moments, we’ve been reminded that we never have to walk this path alone. ❤️
If you have a moment today, please say an extra prayer for the heart families who need it most. Pray for the families who have just found out they will have a heart baby, the families patiently waiting — whether inpatient or at home — for answers, strength, and hope, and for the families who have had to endure the unimaginable loss of their precious heart hero. 😔❤️🙏🏻
