Today, Nemo truly held down the fort! Taking on Lawn #6! 🤩 While little bro Isaiah is on the mend and continuing to recover to get better, nothing could stop him from stepping up to assist in caring for his mom’s lawn. Watching him take initiative and lend a helping hand reminds me that service starts at home.
Being a single mom is no easy feat. We wear countless hats every single day—caregiver, chauffeur, scheduler, cheerleader, nurse, teacher, counselor, and provider. From juggling appointments, sports practices and games, daily summer camp drop-offs, and everything in between, the role of "Mom" never really stops. Sometimes tasks like caring for the house or maintaining the lawn get pushed to the back burner, especially for a single parent doing their best to keep all the balls in the air.
That's why I am incredibly proud of my sons and the journey they are embarking through Raising Men and Women Lawn Care Services. Not only are they learning responsibility and hard work, but they are also learning the importance of serving others and making a difference in their community. Today, Nemo showed that helping others doesn't always mean looking far away—but that it can start right at home by helping those who care for us every day.
Way to go, Nemo! Your willingness to serve, your compassion, and your heart for helping others make this mama proud! 😍🥰😘
