A little glimpse into life lately as a graduate student, nanny, and titleholder 👑 From school visits and community appearances to homework, Hobby Lobby runs with our little sisters, and ending the night with Bluey and bedtime routines… balancing it all can be busy, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything 💚

Mental Health Monday: Rest Is Productive Too. Some of the most important moments of growth happen during the times we allow ourselves to slow down. Managing sometimes means recognizing when your mind and body need rest. You do not have to earn rest by running yourself into exhaustion first. Taking care of yourself is productive too.

Thank you to The Central Virginian for featuring this special visit to Louisa County Middle School. Moments like these are why I do what I do ☺️

I’m incredibly thankful to have the opportunity as Miss Louisa County to visit schools across the Commonwealth, share my Minds Matter: C.A.L.M. initiative, read Worry Monster, and encourage students to feel safe talking about their emotions and mental health.

Spending the day with United Through Reading was such a meaningful reminder of the power of connection, literacy, and family🤍 Grateful for opportunities like this to support military families and communities while continuing to use my title for service across the Commonwealth!

Mental Health Monday: You Don’t Have to Do It Alone. It’s easy to feel like you have to handle everything on your own but healing was never meant to be done alone. Managing can look like building coping skills, but also knowing when to reach out and accept support. You don’t have to carry everything by yourself.

A simple hug, a kind word, or just showing up for someone can make more of a difference than we realize. 🤍 So grateful for the opportunity to spend time with students and continue sharing the message behind Minds Matter: C.A.L.M. across the Commonwealth.

You never truly know what someone may be carrying, and moments of kindness can change everything!
