Intended for LGBTQ+ individuals and allies, participants will learn how to:

💙 Participant Spotlight: Adrienne Chavez & The Connectivity Crew 💙

When Adrienne personalized her team page for the Albuquerque Out of the Darkness Walk, she didn't expect the process itself to become part of her healing journey.

"I believe some healing came about because of it. Some healing and comfort came about, as I talked through what I should write with some dear ones."

Adrienne created The Connectivity Crew in honor of Brant whose life continues to inspire others through his story. Her message is one we all need to hear:

"I truly want people to know they are not alone and to never struggle alone. Connection and staying connected is so critical and important."

By sharing her story, Adrienne is helping create the conversations that save lives and reminding others that hope begins with connection.

💚 What an incredible evening at Paint for a Purpose! 🎨

As part of Mental Health Awareness Month, members of our community came together for a night of creativity, connection, and purpose in support of the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention - New Mexico Chapter.

Throughout the evening, participants painted, shared conversations, formed new friendships, strengthened existing relationships, and learned more about the AFSP mission. Our New Mexico Chapter Board Chair also shared how AFSP is working to expand su***de prevention education, support those impacted by su***de, and bring hope to communities across New Mexico.

Events like this remind us that su***de prevention starts with connection. Every conversation matters. Every relationship matters. Every person who shows up helps build a stronger, more supportive community.
