Sycamores' Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program offers comprehensive support for qualifying Medi-Cal members facing complex health and social challenges.

Using a Whole Person Care approach, ECM supports individuals in a variety of ways. Whether someone needs help finding housing stability, coordinating their healthcare, or connecting to local resources, a dedicated Care Manager listens to their unique goals and links them directly to the right support.

Grateful to stand alongside our community partners last week as we celebrated $2.06 million in federal funding for the Crisis and Incident Response through Community-Led Engagement (CIRCLE) Program.

Sycamores recently hosted a 4-day enrichment camp for youth ages 9-13, blending emotional wellness with hands-on activities.

Throughout the week, campers explored creative ways to manage emotions through yoga, journaling, painting, and breathing techniques. They also enjoyed enriching field trips to Sky Zone, Vince’s Pizza & Arcade, the Getty Center, and Playmazing.

It was a week full of connection, growth, and fun!

Here are a few ways to help adjust routines early:

‣ Move bedtimes and wake-up times back by 15 minutes every few days. 💤
‣ Turn off screens 60 minutes before bedtime to support natural melatonin production.📱

A new school year is the perfect time to build confidence and create strong study habits. 📝 Starting Monday, August 17, the Learning Lab at our Palmdale Family Resource Center will offer FREE after-school tutoring and academic support for Antelope Valley students in grades 4–12. Families are encouraged to register now and attend orientation on Thursday, August 13 at 4:00 PM before the program begins.

Un nuevo año escolar es el momento perfecto para desarrollar la confianza y crear sólidos hábitos de estudio. 📝 A partir del lunes 17 de agosto, el Learning Lab de nuestro Centro de Recursos Familiares de Palmdale ofrecerá tutoría y apoyo académico GRATUITO después de clases para los estudiantes de los grados 4 al 12 del Antelope Valley. Se invita a las familias a inscribirse desde ahora y asistir a la orientación el jueves 13 de agosto a las 4:00 PM antes de que comience el programa.
