The โBeyond Sightโ Womenโs Cricket Tournament for the Blind concluded successfully at the Waltair Railway Cricket Grounds in Visakhapatnam, India, showcasing the incredible talent, determination, and resilience of visually challenged athletes.
The tournament was inaugurated on May 2 by ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฏ๐ ๐๐๐, ๐.๐. ๐๐ซ๐ข ๐๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ง๐ ๐๐๐๐ฒ๐๐ซ ๐๐ฐ๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ฃ๐ข, who blessed both the Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu teams and encouraged the players to pursue sports with confidence, dedication, and discipline.

In the three-match T20 series, the Andhra Pradesh womenโs team delivered an exceptional performance, securing a clean 3-0 victory against Tamil Nadu to win the championship trophy. ๐
The winning Andhra Pradesh team received a cash award of โน25,000 along with the championship trophy, while the Tamil Nadu team received โน15,000 and the runner-up trophy.

The prize distribution ceremony was attended by distinguished guests from the railway, sports, disability empowerment, and cricket communities, along with Arjuna Awardee Sri Ajay Kumar Reddy garu.
