Graduating Class of 2026 🎓

Last but not least Alex Flores 🤩

B.A. in Public Relations and Advertising

Why LTA? 🌴

As a young Hispanic woman here at USC, it can get a little isolating. On occasion, I would be one of the only people of color in some classes. I was looking for people who knew not only my culture, but also my struggles. Since the moment I met the chapter, it turned into a safe space that felt so safe and welcoming. Though the chapter I was able to grow and become the woman yall see today.

Post Grad Plans? 🗓️

After graduation I will be working for USC Central Communications as a Social Media Manager!

Accomplishments at USC/within LTA 🏆

At USC I have been an eight time deans list scholar and I graduated from USC with Cum Laude honors. I was a Career Center Lead Intern who was able to train various interns and help integrate and develop new programming for the Career Center. Though the Delta Phi Chapter of Lambda Theta Alpha, Latin Sorority Inc. I have served as: Recruitment and Retention Coordinator, Chapter Orientation Advisor and President for the Delta Phi chapter! I have also served as PM for Lines 19 and 20 for the Delta Phi Chapter!

Caroline Romero 🩶

B.A. Psychology + PDP M.S. Business Analytics

Why LTA? 🌴

LTA became a place where I felt genuinely supported and understood throughout my college experience. Coming into USC, I wanted a community that would push me to grow while also reminding me of the importance of culture, sisterhood, and giving back. Through LTA, I found friendships, leadership opportunities, and women who constantly inspire me to be better. 🤍

Post Grad Plans? 🗓️

I’ll be continuing at USC as a PDP student pursuing my Master’s in Business Analytics while exploring careers in analytics, strategy, and people-focused business roles. I’m excited to continue combining psychology, data, and leadership to create meaningful impact in both business and community spaces.

Some accomplishments I’m proud of include making the Dean’s Honors List every semester I’ve been at USC and being inducted into both the Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Lambda Delta Academic Honor Societies. I currently serve as the Lead Intern for USC’s University Operations/HR Benefits team. I also help mentor community college students through the transfer process while continuing my masters education at USC.

Graduating Class of 2026 🎓

Melanie Ramirez 🩶

B.A. Communication Studies + Minor in Entertainment Industry

Why LTA? 🌴

I wanted to be part of LTA because I wanted to form a community here at USC. As an out-of-state and transfer student with minimal connections in the city, having a group a Latinas whom I could call family was incredibly important for me once I started attending this PWI university. Luckily, I had the chance to do that and be able to call them my sisters!✌️🫶

Starting off with Havanna Flores 🩶

B.A. Health and Human Sciences

Why LTA? 🌴

I chose LTA because it felt like home. The women around me constantly reminded me that sisterhood goes beyond titles or letters. It’s about support, understanding, and genuine care for one another. Being surrounded by people who saw me as a whole person made all the difference in my journey.

Post-grad plans? 🗓️

Accomplishments at USC/within LTA? 🏆

I’m also incredibly proud to have been the ACE of the biggest line in our chapter’s history and to graduate alongside such inspiring women. USC and LTA gave me opportunities to grow as a leader, strengthen my confidence, and create experiences and memories I’ll carry with me long after graduation.
