🚨📚💥 FOUNDATION. AUTHORITY. LEGACY. MAJOR. 💥📚🚨

The release of ✏️ PENS UP! GUNS DOWN! WE DON’T FIGHT; WE WRITE! ✏️ marks the INAUGURAL BOOK of Game 4 P.E.A.C.E Publishing House — and it is also the first book from The Rated R 1 Nation Project, anchored by proven leadership, cultural legacy, institutional action, CLEAR AUTHORSHIP, AND RADICAL ACCESS. 📖🔥

This work is CO‑AUTHORED and led by two figures whose names, history, labor, and credibility cannot be separated from the impact of this publication.

👑 GABRIELLE NICOLE NZINGA SHAKUR

FOUNDING EDITOR‑IN‑CHIEF — GAME 4 P.E.A.C.E PUBLISHING HOUSE

CO-FOUNDER — GAME 4 P.E.A.C.E

CO-AUTHOR — PENS UP! GUNS DOWN! WE DON’T FIGHT; WE WRITE!

MEMBER — ADVISORY COMMITTEE FOR READ BY 4TH

Gabrielle Nicole Nzinga Shakur is the FOUNDING EDITOR‑IN-CHIEF of Game 4 P.E.A.C.E AND A CO‑AUTHOR OF ITS INAUGURAL BOOK. 👑📘✍🏽

She is not a symbolic title-holder — she is the architect of the publishing house itself and a writer of the text, responsible for the creation, vision, structure, written content, and editorial integrity of this landmark publication. 🖊️📚

Gabrielle:

✅ Identified Philadelphia’s early literacy crisis

✅ WROTE substantial portions of the book

✅ Personally applied for and secured a $2,000 grant from the Free Library of Philadelphia’s Read by 4th initiative

✅ Translated grant intent into direct educational output, resulting in this co‑authored inaugural textbook

✅ As a result of her participation in Read by 4th and this book, Gabrielle is now a member of the Free Library of Philadelphia Advisory Committee for Read by 4th ✅

The Read by 4th initiative, convened and managed by the Free Library of Philadelphia Foundation, addresses a documented crisis:

🚨 Over 60% of Philadelphia’s children are not reading at grade level by 4th grade — a tipping point that predicts long-term academic failure if unaddressed.

Gabrielle’s leadership ensured this funding was not symbolic, but converted into a deployable literacy tool — designed for classrooms, community programs, and real-world intervention. 💡🏫

As FOUNDING EDITOR‑IN‑CHIEF AND CO‑AUTHOR, Gabrielle Nicole Nzinga Shakur established:

📌 Editorial standards

📌 Educational purpose

📌 Cultural responsiveness

📌 Mission alignment

This book exists because SHE built the infrastructure AND helped write the words that fill it. 💎📖

🎤🔥 THE RATED R

FOUNDER — GAME 4 P.E.A.C.E

ORIGINAL MEMBER — TUPAC SHAKUR’S FIRST RAP GROUP, THUG LIFE

CO-AUTHOR — PENS UP! GUNS DOWN! WE DON’T FIGHT; WE WRITE!

FOUNDER OF — THE RATED R 1 NATION PROJECT

The Rated R is the FOUNDER of Game 4 P.E.A.C.E AND A CO‑AUTHOR OF THIS BOOK, as well as an ORIGINAL MEMBER of Tupac Shakur’s multi‑platinum, album-selling FIRST rap group, THUG LIFE. 🎤🔥💿

This is not trivia.

This is cultural history.

As a member of Thug Life, The Rated R comes from a lineage that redefined hip-hop as political consciousness, street journalism, poetry, and resistance through language. Tupac Shakur consistently emphasized reading, writing, poetry, and critical thought as tools of liberation and survival — and The Rated R is a living carrier of that philosophy. ✊📖

As FOUNDER of Game 4 P.E.A.C.E, CO‑AUTHOR, and architect of The Rated R 1 Nation Project, The Rated R translated that legacy into written curriculum, structured literacy development, conflict-resolution frameworks, and creative expression, using the written word as intervention to disrupt cycles of violence and disenfranchisement. 🖊️🔥

PENS UP! GUNS DOWN! WE DON’T FIGHT; WE WRITE! is not theoretical — it is a direct extension of his lived experience, cultural authority, organizing work, AND CO‑AUTHORSHIP, and it launches the Rated R 1 Nation Project in book form.

THE HEART OF A KING: BATTLE TESTED IN THE WILDERNESS (The Journey of a Spiritual Warrior)

The Wilderness Was the Assignment. The Betrayal Was the Training. Victory Was the Destiny. This is not a book. This is a spiritual battlefield. Gabrielle Nicole Nzinga Shakur did not merely survive the wilderness—she conquered it. For over two decades, she was forged in fire, tested by betrayal, and sharpened by trials no one else could endure. The Hateration Squad—spiritual vipers disguised as allies—thought her exile was defeat. They were wrong. The wilderness was never her prison; it was her launch pad. Every betrayal became a weapon. Every wound became a lesson. Every prayer became a revolution. Faith shattered doubt. Prayer became her air supply. Worship enraged enemies while fortifying her soul. Wisdom taught her to fight with precision, not emotion.
Like David, who was trained in obscurity, like Esther, Deborah, Ruth, and Mary, who were anointed for destiny, Gabrielle rose with a Heart of a King, standing shoulder to shoulder with the kings and generals in God’s army, each anointed to enforce victory, strategy, and divine justice. At her side is The Rated R, her general on earth, founder and leader of Game 4 P.E.A.C.E, a visionary strategist whose leadership spans music, culture, and community activism. An original member of 2Pac Shakur’s multi-platinum album selling first rap group, Thug Life, he brings battle-tested discipline, unparalleled vision, and a legacy of influence to the mission of building a revolutionary spiritual and cultural army. Together, they are unstoppable—a unified force aligned in faith, purpose, and destiny, resurrecting legacy, rewriting narratives, and enforcing justice across generations.
Meet the Powerhouse: Mizz Gabrielle Nicole!

Mizz Gabrielle Nicole Nzinga Shakur is a force of nature, a cultural visionary, award-winning creator, and professional actress whose very name commands respect. Recognized among the elite in Marquis Who’s Who in America (2025), she wields her pen as a weapon and her purpose as power. From the stage to the page, she resurrects voices, restores purpose, and dismantles systems that prey on potential. The Heart of a King is the inaugural book released by Game 4 P.E.A.C.E Publishing House, a revolutionary branch of Game 4 P.E.A.C.E, rooted in faith, truth, and cultural restoration.

Gabrielle serves as Editor-in-Chief, leading the charge alongside The Rated R, her general, and her team of kings and generals in God’s army. Together, they are a divine force reshaping destiny, restoring legacy, and igniting revolution. This is a call to every warrior in the shadows, every dreamer in the struggle, every soul who refuses to settle. Your suffering is not punishment—it is preparation. Your trials are not defeats—they are your rise. Your wilderness is your throne. Your generals and allies are by your side, and your army is unstoppable. Open these pages. Step into the fire. Embrace the crown. Carry the Heart of a King.

ARNETT WOODALL: SUPERHERO OF WEST PHILLIE — 21 YEARS OF COURAGE, LEGACY, AND UNSTOPPABLE LOVE

By What's Happening Now News Journals Correspondent Mizz Gabrielle Nicole, Co-Founder of P.E.A.C.E

When you talk about real leadership, real heart, and real action in West Philadelphia, the name Arnett Woodall doesn't just rise above all others—it commands the very air. For over two decades, he has been more than a business owner; he has been the very backbone of a community that many had written off, a steadfast warrior turning despair into a roaring fire of hope and destruction into an unstoppable force of growth.

Today, the 21st anniversary of his store, West Phillie Produce, isn't just a high-profile moment; it's an explosive, exponential celebration of a legacy built on sweat, sacrifice, and soul. To honor this miraculous milestone, Arnett is giving away free, fresh smoothies to the community he has dedicated his life to serving.

Celebrating 21 years is a monumental event. In the language of the streets, 21 marks the threshold of true adulthood—a milestone where responsibility, power, and wisdom don't just converge, they detonate. Arnett has stepped fully into that power, claiming his role as a community protector with unwavering strength and a ferocious love. His 21 years are a testament to endurance, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to his people that defies every expectation.

The corner where West Phillie Produce stands was once a hotbed of drug activity—heroin, crack, and violence were the dark backdrop to daily life there. But Arnett refused to accept that reality. He saw not a lost cause, but a canvas for a miracle. With more than a quarter-million dollars of his own money invested, and without a single dollar of city, state, or federal funding, he transformed that space into a beacon of health, growth, and safety. This feat is nothing short of miraculous—a true grassroots success born purely from his passion, grit, and selfless, relentless hustle.

What makes Arnett’s story even more extraordinary is his dedication to youth empowerment. Rather than just opening a store, he engineered a revolutionary youth program. He brought in neighborhood teenagers between the ages of 14 and 18, employing them to work alongside licensed carpenters, electricians, and plumbers to build the very foundation of the store. These young people weren’t just workers; they were architects of their own futures, learning practical skills and gaining a powerful sense of ownership and pride in their community.

The hands and sweat of these teens, guided by Arnett’s leadership, literally shaped the store. What they come away with is a powerful understanding of cooperative economics, a sense of self-determination, and the monumental impact that can be achieved when real Black men show up and show out for their community. West Phillie Produce is not just a building; it is an impenetrable fortress of hope and self-determination in a neighborhood that has been long neglected.

Arnett’s vision transcends the traditional role of a business owner. His mission is a spiritual quest to rebuild, heal, and empower the community through a multifaceted approach that includes providing access to fresh, healthy food in a neighborhood known as a food desert. His store serves not just as a grocery outlet but as a hub for mentorship, education, and community connection.

The true measure of Arnett’s character shows in his courage during moments of life-or-death crisis. In 2013, when a car crashed and burst into flames nearby, he didn’t hesitate for a second. Running directly into the inferno, he pulled a woman to safety just moments before the vehicle exploded.

His heroism did not stop there—during a shootout, he put himself between a mother, her child, and the gunfire, shielding them with his own body and ensuring their safety.

These acts aren’t myths or neighborhood folklore; they are witnessed truths spoken with reverence by those who lived through them.

West Phillie Produce functions as more than a place to shop; it is a community center where minds are nourished as well as bodies. The store hosts book clubs, chess clubs, healthy-eating programs, and gardening clubs, all designed to empower residents and cultivate knowledge alongside nourishment. Arnett understands that feeding a community requires more than fresh food; it requires feeding the spirit and intellect. He has built a safe, welcoming environment where education and mentorship are the cornerstones of the daily experience.

The store has distributed over 97,000 tons of food during critical times—partnerships with organizations like Whole Foods have enabled West Phillie Produce to remain a lifeline through the pandemic, civil unrest, and economic uncertainty.

Where many shuttered their doors during times of unrest, Arnett kept West Phillie Produce open every single day. He was the only essential business open during the George Floyd riots in both West Phillie and Coatesville, providing refuge and sustenance when his community needed it most. This commitment to stand firm in turbulent times sets him apart as a true pillar of strength, an immovable force of good.

Security cameras surround the store—not to intimidate, but as a form of community policing. It’s neighbors watching out for neighbors, a collective vigilance that deters crime and maintains peace. Arnett’s approach exemplifies that safety is built through collective care, not external control. His efforts have not gone unnoticed. City leaders and national organizations now recognize West Phillie Produce as a revolutionary blueprint for community revitalization, a model that can be replicated across underserved neighborhoods throughout the country.

The formula is clear: youth empowerment, cooperative economics, resilience, and a relentless commitment to community healing. This is the essence of a "Portable Arnett"—a model of self-sufficiency and strength that can inspire and transform communities anywhere in the world.

Beyond Philadelphia, Arnett is respected worldwide. Leaders, activists, and organizations seek his knowledge and wisdom, recognizing his unique ability to guide grassroots efforts to success. He is not just a local hero; he is an international symbol of hope and transformation. His connection to legacy and culture runs deep. In honor of Tupac Shakur’s 25th death anniversary, the Tupac Foundation personally invited Arnett to bring peach and apple trees to the memorial. These trees now flourish outside West Phillie Produce, growing as living testaments to legacy, resilience, and rebirth.

Arnett’s values align perfectly with those of P.E.A.C.E—Perseverance, Empathy, Accountability, Compassion, Evolution, Excellence, and Education. His life’s work embodies these principles in action, not just in theory. Similarly, our founder, The Rated R’s One Nation Project, shares an identical vision of saving lives by any means necessary. Arnett and The Rated R share the same mindset, mission, and unbreakable work ethic—to uplift their communities through courage, knowledge, and relentless action.

From The Rated R to Arnett Woodall, the message is a clarion call: leadership means standing in the gap when no one else will, risking everything for your people, and refusing to let broken systems dictate your future. The Rated R of Thug Life, founder of Game4PEACE Philly / RealGame4Peace says this about Arnett:

“You embody the core principles of P.E.A.C.E and The Rated R 1 Nation Project. Your courage, your love for your community, and your commitment to transformation are exactly what we stand for. You show the world what real leadership looks like—grounded in action, respect, and relentless dedication.”

Arnett has survived betrayal—both personal and systemic—but has never allowed it to derail his mission. Denied funding and recognition by city, state, and federal governments, he has thrived nonetheless, proving that real power comes from within and from the people you serve. His work is the very definition of grassroots leadership, and his story is one of faith, resilience, and unapologetic love.

He has given far more than he has ever taken—giving because he feels the pain of his people, not because it’s convenient or expected. This is a man who gives not until it hurts, but because it hurts not to. To the people of West Phillie, Arnett is nothing less than a superhero. His actions—both seen and unseen—save lives and build futures every day. His courage to dive into flames, to stand between gunfire and innocents, and to invest so deeply in his community shows a love that transcends all ordinary measures.

The legacy of West Phillie Produce and Arnett Woodall is a love letter written in sweat, sacrifice, and soul. For 21 years, this legacy has been growing stronger, weathering storms of hardship and betrayal, yet never breaking. As a business partner and sister in Game 4 P.E.A.C.E, I have seen firsthand the kind of heart, vision, and leadership Arnett carries. The lessons he teaches through action and example ripple far beyond West Phillie’s borders—inspiring communities and leaders across the globe.

On this Saturday, August 9, we come together not just to celebrate a store’s anniversary but to honor a man whose life’s work is a living blueprint for hope, transformation, and true leadership. Arnett Woodall is the superhero West Phillie needs and the global community deserves. His story proves that with grit, courage, and heart, one person can change the course of a neighborhood—and inspire the world. Arnette is giving away free smoothies between 12 and 4 PM at 18 S. 62nd Street.

That’s why Game 4 P.E.A.C.E proudly honors him—because he is our mission embodied, the living proof that love and leadership will always win.

👑🔥 OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: Game 4 P.E.A.C.E ✊🏾 & ACAF UNITE

Upholding The Divine Worth of Every Soul Through the Elders Council 👑🔥

Greetings Family,
We’ve gotta give it up for a true original—the one and only Baba Sharif Abdur-Rahim 🙌🏾💯

This Game 4 P.E.A.C.E Elder Statesman is a West Philly institution — an OG who’s been holding down the culture and community since the late ‘60s. Alongside his brother Baba Rashie Abdul-Samad, Baba Sharif co-founded the legendary African Cultural Art Forum (ACAF) in February of 1969.

That’s over 55 YEARS of building, educating, and defending everything sacred to our people 🔥📚🖤

Baba Sharif is the foundation—a visionary entrepreneur, cultural custodian, and now, Elder Statesman of Game 4 P.E.A.C.E. Still standing strong in the ACAF shop, he’s dropping real jewels, planting seeds of legacy in every generation 🛠️🧠

The African Cultural Art Forum, located at 221 S. 52nd Street in West Philly, is not a business—it’s a cultural sanctuary, a Pan-African stronghold, and a permanent fixture in our liberation infrastructure 🌍✨

It is where commerce, art, knowledge, and power converge to shape the minds and futures of our people.

🚨 Game 4 P.E.A.C.E 🤝🏾 ACAF: A Permanent Alliance of Power

We are honored to announce that Game 4 P.E.A.C.E and The Rated R 1 Nation Project have entered into formal partnership with Baba Sharif Abdur-Rahim and ACAF 🔗🔥

This isn’t a “collab.”
This is a historic alignment of two legacy institutions, both rooted in deep community, cultural integrity, and generational transformation 💯🛡️

This partnership strengthens the permanent structure of Game 4 P.E.A.C.E—
A force of accountability, education, healing, and restoration.

Together with ACAF, we are building a unified cultural front that cannot and will not be moved.

✨ Our Core Principle: "The Divine Worth of Every Soul"

Everything we do is rooted in one undeniable truth:

Every life is sacred. Every soul is sovereign. Every breath is divine.

This isn’t about trends.
This isn’t about trauma responses.
This is about ancestral law and spiritual fact.

We operate under the unshakable belief in The Divine Worth of Every Soul—
A truth older than policy, deeper than philosophy, and higher than any system that tried to break us.

Backed by these eternal truths:

🔥 Human Life is Sacred Currency — No more cheapening our existence. We are the economy.

👑 Legacy Over Life Lost — Because we rise through memory and purpose.

🧠 The Incalculable Worth of Life — We are unquantifiable. Unstoppable.

⚖️ Life is the First Law — And no one is above it.

🕊️ Sacred Breath Doctrine — We breathe, therefore we reign.

🌌 Living Souls, Eternal Worth — We outlive their systems.

💎 The Royal Worth of Human Existence — Regal by design.

🔓 The Unpriced Power of Life — We hold value they can’t own, tag, or destroy.

This is not a theory. This is our code. This is law.

📍 Pull up to ACAF, 221 S. 52nd Street
Support our elders. Buy Black. Buy Legacy

Let them know this is how we govern, how we heal, and how we rise.

This is not a movement.
This is a throne.
This is a foundation.
This is Game 4 P.E.A.C.E
