Meet your Main Street Neighbor Monday
ReFURbish pet spa owner Cynthia Solum

One of the newest members of Main Street Lorain moved here with her husband as a result of his position with the Coast Guard. Previously, they were stationed in
North Carolina, Virginia and Alaska.

Cynthia started working as a one-on-one groomer after deciding to leave jobs at a number of pet grooming locations. She likes being able to devote the extra time she found many pets needed.

Services include luxury grooming, spa care, and coat maintenance tailored to individual pets. The grooming area has only two stations, which supports her belief that a calm environment creates a happier grooming experience. She says her one-on-one approach is ideal if you have a dog or a cat that is uncomfortable or afraid.

They also carry a small and growing selection of pet gear, shampoos, and apparel for dogs and cats. Grooming sessions are by appointment only.

Our host for this morning's Coffee & Conversation was Ship to Shore. We love their Wi-Fi password and completely agree - there is no place like Lorain!

Approximately two dozen representatives from Main Street Lorain businesses and area nonprofits shared good news, upcoming events and pure positivity!

Schedule a visit to Ship to Shore or just drop in. Give yourself plenty of time. There's a lot to explore and enjoy!

NOTE: All are welcome to attend a monthly Coffee & Conversation. We meet at a different business the last Wednesday of the month at 9 a.m.
