I am a woman who has walked through fire and came out refined by God’s grace. Every scar tells a story — not of defeat, but of deliverance. My passion for helping others heal was born out of my own pain, restoration, and encounters with the transforming power of Jesus Christ. As the Founder of LOTR Healing & Deliverance (Lioness On The Rising) and Executive Director of YOUnified To Advance, Inc.,

I’ve dedicated my life to guiding others toward emotional and spiritual wholeness. I believe that healing is not just possible — it’s promised when we surrender our pain to the One who makes all things new. Through years of ministry, entrepreneurship, and mentorship, I’ve seen how God turns broken pieces into building blocks. My work bridges faith, healing, and practical support for those who feel unseen, unheard, or unworthy — because I’ve been there too. I’m passionate about creating spaces where people can be honest, cry, pray, and rebuild without shame. Whether through writing, teaching, prayer, or personal sessions, my purpose is simple:

A Prayer For Healing and Deliverance

Father,

In the name of Jesus, search my heart and reveal every wound that needs healing and every area that needs surrender.

Heal the places where I have been rejected, abandoned, abused, misunderstood, betrayed, and broken.

Restore my identity as Your child.

Expose every lie I have believed about myself, about others, and about You.

I renounce every agreement with fear, shame, bitterness, unforgiveness, pride, rejection, and hopelessness.

I choose forgiveness.

I choose truth.

I choose surrender.

By the authority of Jesus Christ, I ask that every chain be broken, every stronghold be torn down, and every area of bo***ge be replaced with the freedom of the Holy Spirit.

Fill me with Your peace, Your love, Your wisdom, and Your power.

Make me whole in spirit, soul, and body.

Father Wounds

Mother Wounds

Symptoms:

* Low self-worth
* Insecurity

Trauma

Unforgiveness

What Healing Looks Like

Healing is not forgetting.

Healing is being able to remember without being controlled by the pain.

Healing is when:

* The memory remains.
* The sting is removed.
* The lesson remains.
* The bo***ge is gone.

What Deliverance Looks Like

Deliverance is not merely a dramatic manifestation.

True deliverance is often recognized by fruit:

* Peace replaces torment.
* Love replaces hatred.
* Self-control replaces addiction.
* Humility replaces pride.
* Forgiveness replaces bitterness.
* Faith replaces fear.

The Three-Part Process

1. Repentance

Repentance closes doors.

David prayed:

“Search me, O God, and know my heart.” — Psalm 139:23

Questions:

* Is there known sin?
* Is there unforgiveness?
* Is there bitterness?
* Have I agreed with lies?

2. Healing

Healing restores what was broken.

God heals:

* The heart
* The mind
* The emotions
* Relationships
* Identity

Psalm 147:3 says:

“He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.”

3. Deliverance

Deliverance removes what does not belong.

Jesus declared:

“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me… to proclaim liberty to the captives…” — Luke 4:18

Deliverance is not simply casting out demons.

It is also:

* Breaking ungodly soul ties
* Breaking generational cycles
* Renouncing lies
* Breaking agreements with darkness
* Walking in truth

Deliverance addresses spiritual bo***ge, oppression, and strongholds that may have gained influence through sin, trauma, agreement, or generational patterns.

Examples:

* Fear
* Torment
* Addiction
* Rage

* Occult involvement
* Unforgiveness
* Destructive thought patterns

A wound may require healing.

A stronghold built around that wound may require deliverance.

For example:

Healing Deals With What Was Wounded

Healing addresses the damage caused by sin, trauma, abuse, rejection, abandonment, grief, betrayal, fear, and life’s painful experiences.

Examples:

* Healing from childhood wounds
* Healing from molestation or r**e
* Healing from rejection by parents
* Healing from divorce or separation
* Healing from abandonment
* Healing from grief and loss
* Healing from bitterness and unforgiveness
* Healing from shame and guilt

When Jesus healed people, He often restored more than their bodies. He restored their identity, dignity, and hope.

Deliverance Deals With What Has Attached Itself To The Wound

A Question Before You Go To Sleep

What am I asking God to remove…

…that He may actually want to heal?

Sometimes we pray:

“Lord, take this away.”

And God responds:

“Let Me heal the place it came from.”

Freedom begins when we stop managing symptoms and allow God to address roots.

Father, show me the wound.

The Goal Is Wholeness

Jesus did not die simply to get us to heaven.

He came to restore what sin damaged.

Your mind.
Your heart.
Your identity.
Your relationships.
Your purpose.

Healing and deliverance are not about becoming a different person.

They are about becoming who God originally created you to be.
