On my second to last day of Peer Support Training and doing an interview on Hearing Voices, which believe it or not, happens to 1 in 10 people. And the majority of people who hear voices, HAVE NO MENTAL HEALTH ISSUE AT ALL.

Anthony Hopkins is one of many celebrities who hears voices. He said, “Recently, I was being interviewed on television and the voice inside my head said to me, “Who the hell do you think you are? You’re just an actor, what the hell do you know about anything?"

If you hear a negative voice in your head, stop and rewire your brain to positive thoughts! You are amazing and not alone!
