The Todd County Citizens Against Drugs Coalition is an organization open to all interested residents of Todd County including, but not limited to: parents, youth, the business community, media, schools, youth serving organizations, law enforcement agencies, spiritual and fraternal organizations, civic and volunteer groups, healthcare professionals, and state and local government. The Todd County Citizens Against Drugs Coalition assists local youth groups to create change within the community around youth alcohol use through the environmental strategies of:
-Limiting the availability/access to alcohol by youth
-Strengthening local policies and ordinances to address underage drinking
-Changing Community Norms concerning tolerance of sales to & use by minors
