We’re setting the table for something new at Science Project.

The Long Table is a chef-guided supper club — an intimate evening designed to slow down and savor the experience of dining together. One long table. Candlelight. Conversation. Thoughtful food.

Guests will begin with a welcome drink, then enjoy a three-course, chef-guided meal, unfolding course by course with intention and ease.

This isn’t a rushed dinner.

It’s relaxed, intentional, and meant to be shared.
