Don’t miss out! This is the last day to Give-A-Hoot for our community’s children and working families. Thank you to all who have already donated! You are helping to make a positive impact!

At LINKS for Learning, we believe that what happens after school matters just as much as what happens during it.

Every day, our team creates a safe, welcoming environment where students can get homework help, explore new interests, build friendships, and gain confidence. For families, LINKS provides the peace of mind that comes from knowing their child is cared for, learning, and having fun in a supportive space.

We’re proud to be more than just a program—we’re a part of the fabric of Livingston. From building future leaders to helping working parents stay employed, the ripple effect of LINKS reaches far beyond our classrooms.

Thank you to everyone who helps make this possible. 💛
Whether you’re a parent, staff member, volunteer, or supporter—you are a part of the impact.

If you believe in this mission and want to help us continue it, please consider making a gift to LINKS today.

What would happen if LINKS had to cut programming by 40%?

1️⃣ More than 40 local families would lose access to child care, enrichment, and academic
support.

2️⃣ Students would lose a safe, supportive space to learn and grow after school.

3️⃣ Local businesses would feel the impact as employees scramble to find care—affecting
reliability, productivity, and retention.

LINKS doesn’t just support kids—it supports the entire Livingston community. We’re fighting to prevent this—but we need your help.

Every dollar helps protect the programs our families and businesses rely on.

Recent changes at the federal level have deeply impacted afterschool programs across the country—including LINKS for Learning.

Last week, the federal government announced a freeze on nearly $6.8 billion in education funding—including $1.4 billion for before-school, after-school, and summer programs like LINKS for Learning. While our current summer program is not affected, this unexpected change has created uncertainty around after-school programming for the 2025 – 2026 school year, just a few short weeks away.

𝐖𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰: LINKS is still operating! We are actively working with community partners to protect and sustain our programming.

But we can’t do it alone.

Donate now to keep LINKS strong for our kids and community:

Since 2009, LINKS for Learning has relied on federal 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC) funding as the foundation of our ability to provide safe, enriching, and inclusive programming for local youth. This support has helped us build a strong, sustainable program—one that serves families from all walks of life.

But that foundation is now at risk.

Shifting state and federal policies have created new uncertainties that threaten the future of LINKS and programs like it across the country.

We’re doing everything we can to protect what we’ve built—but we can’t do it alone.

This July, we’re participating in the Park County Community Foundation’s Give a Hoot campaign—a month-long fundraiser where donations to local nonprofits are matched.

Stay tuned this month to learn more about what’s happening—and how you can help.

Together, we can protect this invaluable community resource for generations to come!
