We are humbled to share our 2025 Domestic Violence in Arkansas report (see below). Arkansas victim service providers are facing unprecedented demand while navigating reduced funding after years of federal and state budget cuts. Behind every statistic is a person seeking safety, support, and a path forward—and the gap between need and resources continues to grow.

We can’t close that gap without community support. Help us help survivors find safety, stability, and hope.

Visit our website to access local resources and connect with Arkansas shelter programs: www.domesticpeace.com

If you or someone you know needs immediate support, the National Domestic Violence Hotline is available 24/7 at 1.800.799.7233, by visiting www.thehotline.org, or text "START" to 88788

As we talk about love this month, let’s remember LOVE is Respect ❣

Love doesn’t control you.
Love doesn’t isolate you.
Love doesn’t demand unpaid labor, silence, or sacrifice.
Love never asks you to risk your safety.

Exploitation can be disguised as romance, opportunity, or “help.” Know the signs. Start the conversations. Support young people in building healthy, safe relationships.

Everyone deserves love rooted in dignity, choice, and respect. đź’ś

February is Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month - with the theme of "Real Love Respects" - focusing on what real love should look and feel like. In a world full of mixed messages, this theme centers around one truth: respect is non-negotiable. It empowers youth to recognize harmful patterns early and to expect more from love. Because respect is everything, it’s earned, it’s honest, and it never makes you question your worth.

Remember: If it’s real, it’s respectful. Not sure where to start with talking to your kids about relationships? Check out this resource: www.teendvmonth.org/talk-teen-dating-violence/

Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month 2026 is here, and this year’s theme is...... Real Love Respects.

In a world full of mixed messages about what love should look like, we’re cutting through the noise to focus on one truth: respect is non-negotiable.

This theme empowers youth to recognize harmful patterns early, set boundaries, and expect more from love. Because love without respect isn’t love — it’s a red flag & YOU deserve the real thing, always.

Follow along with us as we explore what means & stay tuned for our Action Guide & Social Media Toolkit!
