The B.E.L.L. Program is proud to support SILLE Success Studio! 🔔💙💛

We have had the opportunity to utilize and benefit from SILLE Educational Consulting’s programming and curriculum, and we have seen firsthand the value of resources designed to engage young people in meaningful conversations about leadership, decision-making, accountability, relationships, personal growth, and success

SILLE’s approach goes beyond worksheets—it creates opportunities for young people to think, reflect, communicate, and apply what they learn to real-life situations.

We’re excited to see these proven concepts becoming available to even more educators, counselors, youth organizations, parents, and helping professionals through SILLE Success Studio on Etsy.

We encourage our community to follow, share, and support SILLE Success Studio as they continue developing resources that Motivate, Inspire & EMPOWER the next generation.

Congratulations, SILLE Success Studio! Keep building young people. Keep inspiring hope. Keep creating impact. 🔔👏🏾

Caught up to one of my Dunbar Business, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship Magnet Middle School students today who didn’t make it to the Success Academy graduation ceremony. I had to make sure he got his Hidden Genius Award. My kids are amazing and I am adamant about letting them know. I also let them know what I expect of them. I inspect what I expect. In other words, I’m going to check on you, regularly.

Congratulations Wesley!

“Success requires change. Growth requires effort.”

We are grateful to be featured in the May issue of Arkansas Money & Politics magazine as they highlight the mission and impact of SILLE Educational Consulting.

For years, we have worked to help students discover purpose, develop leadership skills, improve confidence, and prepare for life beyond the classroom.

This article is a reminder that when students are exposed to possibility, empowered with life skills, and surrounded by support, trajectories can change.

Thank you to everyone who believes in this work.

The mission continues.

This past weekend, we had our 3rd and final session of the B.E.L.L. Success Academy.

It was a Woman in STEM Weekend! The 🚀

Our youth were privy to lessons and encouragement from:

Dr. Constance Meadors, Rocket Scientist and Director of the Arkansas Space Grant Consortium stated,
“I am the rule.” “Don’t let the world define you.” You are unique.” “You are loved.” You are not the exception, you are exceptional.”

Dr. Sharon Stevenson, Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Associate Professor in UAMS College of Nursing, who said, “I have no regrets about my career field.” “Don’t box yourselves in. The sky is the limit and you all can certainly take advantage of that.”

Dr. Lillian West, Internal Medicine Physician and Owner of Bear Fruit, LLC who shared, “Seeing someone being brought back to life clenched my career for me as a doctor.”

Dr. Tara DeJohn, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Owner of Cardinal Counseling who encouraged that “College is a place where you can find your niche. Staying in school is important to your success.”

We are truly grateful for the wise words from each of our speakers and the individual time they spent with our students who expressed interest in STEM careers.

Thank you to everyone who ensured the B.E.L.L. Success Academy was…A SUCCESS.
