Dwayne Yarbrough was a man of service and of action. Through his career and many roles throughout the state, he committed his life to bettering everyone he encountered. Now, in his passing, we are vowing to continue his commitment.

The Dwayne Yarbrough Community Outreach Organization was founded to continue to help bridge the gap between our youth and their adulthood. We are striving to help plan for the unexpected, outside of organized education and classrooms, and to help with the areas we often fail to plan for. With the help of local community leaders, business professionals, and entrepreneurs, we intend to be a helping hand and a safe space for the youth in our state.

Please join us in honoring him, and continuing the legacy he left behind.
