The 6th Annual Grinch Stole Disc Golf Toy Drive was probably the coldest one yet but still just as fun and fantastic as any other year. Another full field of 104 competitors dressed up in all the holiday spirit we had hoped for. This year there were so many great costumes and decorated carts. Several teams received the max spirit strokes.

One of our favorite parts of delivering the toys on Sunday is when they are in awe and ask where we got all the toys, then I get to brag about each one of you in the Disc Golf community that share our passion and mission to Do Better. We are truly grateful to the years we’ve had and excited for the years to come.

We also had several players that had never played a tournament before and mentioned how nice everyone was and how welcomed they felt. Thank yall for showing these guys some fun

1st Place Open: Diamond Dogs Michael May & Michael Williamson

1st Place Mix: Innova Our Heads AC Scales & Shannon
Spirit winner: it was an absolute close call, but with the dedication to the face paint our Spirit Winners were Resting Grinch Face with a theme of Nightmare Before Christmas (I think) Nolan Brown and Lori Forbes

The 6th Annual Grinch Stole Disc Golf is THIS SATURDAY. We’ve waited alllllllll year and it’s finally here…. In a few days.

It’s been a while since yall all signed up so please please please take this week to confirm and double check that your team is still ready and available to play. If something has come up and you cannot play it is important that you message me or use DGS to request a withdrawal. This will open up spots for our waitlist teams. No love lost, just let us know.

If you have not signed up because you think it’s full, we have a waitlist and you never know, we may have spots open. So if you’re interested please get on the waitlist.

Ohhhhhhh boy are we excited to see all of you and your incredible costumes, and we hope you’ve had fun shopping for the children.

After 14 days of open registration The 6th Annual Grinch Stole Disc Golf is officially full. We do have a waitlist and we always end up promoting some teams. If you want to play please still register for our waitlist. You never know, spots might open up.
What do we do now… sit in our Christmas sweaters and stare at the calendar I guess 😅. See y’all in December!

In less than a week we are 50% full for the 6th Annual Grinch Stole Disc Golf. We love to see all the familiar teams and definitely all the new teams sign up so quickly! This just goes to show the type of event that yall have helped create over these past 5 years.
It’ll be here before you know it. Grab a partner, grab some toys and get your festive outfits ready. We’re gonna have a blast.

We are 5 teams shy of our goal of 30 teams. To help get us there our sponsors have paid for and donated 2 teams! If you want a free team entry into Rattle the Chains direct message us via Do Better Disc Golf or directly to Jesse Moore a full team of 3 people and a team name! The first 2 to provide a COMPLETE TEAM AND NAME will receive the free entry.

Registrations are trickling in and we are getting closer and closer to our goal. In addition to the CTPs on the course we will have a $5 Ace ‘Pot’ again. Hit an Ace and win a new Grip CS2 Bag. If an Ace is not hit we will throw off in CTP format. That beautiful brand new bag will be going to someone this weekend. Don’t you want it to be you?
Registration closes Thursday at Midnight so that I can buy the food on Friday. So get signed up!
