Holy Guacamole, guess what opens tonight at midnight?!

Do Better DGC is excited to present our 7th Annual Grinch Stole Disc Golf Doubles Tournament. The tournament will be held December 5th at The Traxx @ Bishop Park on a 26 hole layout. We will be bringing back all the fun ideas we've seen in past years along with some new ones. Our event has filled every year! So don't wait to register or you may miss out on a fun event for a great cause.

The Grinch Stole Disc Golf Doubles Tournament is a 2 person scramble with the purpose of raising toys for families that may be in need this holiday season. The registration 'fee' will be two brand new toys per team (one item per person). You are of course welcome to bring as many gifts as you would like.

As always we love to get in the spirit and encourage all teams to dress up in Holiday fashion. Dressing up will get you 'Spirit Strokes' to be deducted from your total score!

Grinch Stole Disc Golf is around the corner… ok maybe not around the corner, but it is definitely on our mind and we hope it is on your mind too.

This year we do have a favor to ask. We are looking for a lunch sponsor this year and we could really use your help finding one. If you, your company, or someone you know might be interested in partnering with Do Better DGC for the 7th Annual Grinch Stole Disc Golf, please reach out to us and let’s discuss.

Rattle The Chains is once again in the books. We had 26 teams (78 competitors) and several volunteers battle the heat with us. Discs were flying, b**rs were flowing, and burgers were grilling. Thank you all for once again being the heart of Do Better Disc Golf Club. And thank you to all the CPC volunteers. I always forget to mention them during the players meeting, but I don’t even want to know what a tournament without them would look like.

I’ve had a lot of questions about photos that were taken at the event. CPC has a fb page that I’ve tagged where they will post all photos as soon as they can. Page is called Rattle the Chains Disc Golf Tournament

Our next event is the big one: 7th annual Grinch Stole Disc Golf. Check the scene for the registration date. Last year we filled in just 2 weeks so you will not want to miss it.

Rattle the Chains is THIS WEEKEND and we’ve got plenty of room for you and your friends.

We will have a $5 ‘Ace Pot’ that you can purchase at check in day of. Hit an Ace and win our Grand Prize. If an Ace is not hit we will do a CTP throw off and we WILL be giving away the Grand Prize no matter what. How enticing.

We are also offering Mulligans for items donated to the CPC Resource Closet. These items may seem small but the impact they have on the families is immeasurable. You can see the requested donations in the comments. Mulligans will be limited but the number of items you can donate is not 😉

And as always Flyway will be onsite serving coooooold b**r.

Come hang out and have some fun with us this Saturday at Sherwood Forrest

Thanks to your efforts we collected and donated over 560 lbs of food for Potluck Food Rescue

Thanks to City of Little Rock Parks & Recreation Department we had not only a beautiful manicured course to play, but they also donated the clubhouse for us to use and escape the heat at Checkin and awards.

Next up: Rattle the Chains!
