    •    Position: Coordinator for Competitive Sports - Pennsylvania State University
    •    Conference Involvement: Previous R4SL and Oklahoma State Student Leader
    •    Presenting Experience: Many! Lead various Student Lead On presentations as well as my own research and findings regarding Women’s involvement in intramural sports.

💡 Why You Should Present

Presenting at a conference gives you many opportunities that other conference goers will not have. You get name recognition (for you and your school) and a moment to show what you can offer. After presenting, rather than having to go up to people and strike up a conversation, you’ll have others coming up to you! Presenting to a group of people who vary in position, program, and where they fall in the hierarchy allows you to grow in a way very different from what you get at your own school. Conference presenting gives you unique experiences that might just give you the edge when it comes time to apply for that next position.
