Big news this evening at Lindsborg Old Mill and Swedish Heritage Museum! Our organization, SVHA, was named in an estate litigation from the late Dorothy Runbeck Stout, and after fifteen months of work with dedicated friends and lawyers, our President, Leland Nelson and Director Betty Amos was able to secure $2.7 million for the sole purpose of making improvements to the Old Mill. The majority of these funds will be in an endowment for long term usage.
The announcement was made Wednesday September 30th during an announcement party hosted by the Old Mill.
This photo has board members from both organizations, as well as staff members of the Old Mill.

You might have noticed a slightly new formatting, and since it is a work in progress it may continue to look a little different for the next issue. The content hopefully will remain the same though.
