What a great day celebrating community at the Linden Cherry Festival! 🍒🦁
We were especially proud to see our Linden Lions Club President, Albert Dondero, serve as this year’s Grand Marshal — a well-deserved honor recognizing his dedication to our community.
Our Lions members also spent the morning cooking tri-tip for the Linden High FFA students and supporters, helping keep everyone fueled during the festivities. Thank you to all of our volunteers who continue to show what community service is all about.
Days like today are a great reminder of what makes Linden such a special place. 💙💛

Monday night was the Linden High School Academic Awards night. I had the honor of awarding 4 deserving young adults with the Linden Lions Club scholarship this year.

This past Saturday, I had the honor of presenting our 2026 Cherry Queen Molly Laires with a $500 scholarship from the Linden Lions Club. We also donated another $500 to help increase the amounts that the Princesses received.

The Quiet Lion Award 🦁💛
At the Lions Club A-1 District Convention this last weekend, Robert “Bob” Luce was honored with the Quiet Lion Award for his many contributions behind the scenes for the Linden Lions Club.
Bob passed this last February, but his quiet dedication and commitment to our club will never be forgotten. We are proud to honor him.
