We’re seeking a Hotel Engineer to join our Technical Team and keep our hospital ship running safely and efficiently—so that surgeons, nurses, and medical teams can deliver free, life-saving surgeries to people in coastal nations of sub-Saharan Africa.

From ensuring patient accommodations are comfortable to keeping hospital systems fully operational, every bolt you tighten and every system you maintain directly enables hope, healing, and transformation.

This is a volunteer role funded through personal support raising, and it’s vital. Did you know roughly half of our volunteers are non-medical? Your expertise matters just as much as anyone on the surgical team.

Who you are:
- Skilled in HVACR, plumbing, or hotel engineering
- A natural leader who can guide a multi-cultural team
-A problem-solver who thrives in dynamic, hands-on environments
