Here’s a recent delivery of Totes of Hope to the April Sampson Cancer with the help of my sister, Kathy Cudly. April Sampson is one of the many cancer centers that we supply totes to.

If you’ve ever tossed a stone into a pond, you’ve seen the “ripple effect “. The initial splash may be small, but the waves reach far beyond the initial point of contact. We recently gave out our 5,000th tote, but the impact has reached many more than those 5,000 cancer patients. Here are excerpts from thank you notes that we’ve received:

- “Thank you so much for the book ‘Jesus Calling’. It’s made a huge and life changing impact on my life - so much that I ordered 3 more for family members.”

- “Your tote is a heart and soul healing gift. It is my call to action - to give comfort and support to my fellow patients.”

- “My husband and I are reading ‘Jesus Calling’ together everyday.”

- “A nurse gave me a bag from Totes of Hope and prayed with me.”

We gave out our 5,000th tote this week. These milestones are not a celebration, but an acknowledgment that we are reaching many people. There is joy and hope, though; joy that the recipients might feel encouraged and cared for and hope that this might draw them closer to our Savior.

We recently made a donation to Children’s Nebraska. The chaplains distribute them to those needing help and encouragement.
We included:

-$3,500 in gift cards
-55 bibles and devotionals
-games, activities, toys and books

My husband, daughter and grandkids and even the granddog are recruited to help build the totes.

Here is a new addition to our totes! Some of the teas are for detoxing and others are for relaxing.
