🩷BIG NEWS🩷 With all of the terrible things happening in the world right now, it’s important we also find community and joy where we can. That’s why we’re SUPER excited to share that we will have a VERY special guest joining us for Taco Tuesday Familia this Tuesday (July 14) at MexCal restaurant at 844 South Street, 6:00pm.

✨I don’t want to ruin the surprise, but I’ll give you a hint… it’s someone who likes to eat✨

So please come out and join us. 🫶🏼 Let’s support a new, locally owned, restaurant and enjoy a fun night together with good food.

We’ll also have updates on the statewide protest we’re helping to plan in McCook on August 15, information on the recent increased ICE activity in Nebraska, and other events we have coming up.

See you next Tuesday. ✌🏼🩷🌮

Between the aliens, hantavirus, and shutting down primary races for blatantly racist redistricting, we’ve got whiplash from the chaos unleashed on us this week. Not to mention that the administration has announced they will once again be significantly ramping up ICE operations… We needed a little community building to remind us you can grow through what you go through. Follow us for a little dopamine boost & watch our garden grow. The food we grow will be distributed to our Little Free 🌈 Pantry (and others around d Lincoln) We’ll also be making salsa for donations to support stocking the pantries through the winter. 👨🏼‍🌾👩🏽‍🌾
