✨ Kangaroo Care Awareness Day! ✨

Today, we’re honored to share the real stories from Connected Forever families who’ve experienced the comfort and healing power of Kangaroo Care. For some families, this was one of the few times they got to hold their baby in the NICU. Watch this heartfelt video to see how this incredible practice has impacted their journeys. ✨ Connected Forever Angel Mamas gathered for a special time of connection on Bereaved Mother’s Day weekend. ✨

They shared a light brunch, meaningful conversation, and began creating baby footprint/birth flower embroidery pieces. Each stitch honoring the love they carry for their babies. 🌸👣🌼👣🌷

Angel mamas started their embroidery and are invited to continue working on their pieces together at our next meet-up on May 16. Whether they need help finishing or simply want to be in community again, we would love to have them back. 🪡🧶

Angel mamas are never alone here. 🫂

✨ Mental Health Awareness Month ✨

Sometimes, the smallest shift can bring the biggest breath of fresh air.

Whether you’re navigating grief, adjusting after a NICU stay, or simply trying to find your footing, trying something new can bring light into heavy days.

Here are some ideas…paint a picture, start a playlist, plant something green, open a book you’ve never read, bake something for fun (not perfection!), or take a walk and snap a few photos.

New doesn’t have to mean big. It just means different and it just might spark a little joy, peace, or curiosity this week.

We’d love to hear from you — what’s something new you’re trying (or want to try)? Drop it in the comments and inspire another mom today.
