Please stop and pray for Nepal. 🇳🇵

Devastating flash flooding has swept through communities, leaving destruction, loss, and uncertainty in its wake. People are still missing. Lives have been lost. Families are grieving. And even now, people are working urgently to reach affected areas with relief and care.

Would you pray with us?

Pray for those still missing to be found.
Pray for comfort for those who are grieving.
Pray for strength, protection, and wisdom for rescue and relief workers.
Pray for food, clean water, shelter, medical care, and safe access to reach those in need.

Pray for the long road of recovery ahead.
And pray that, in the midst of unimaginable loss, the people of Nepal would know the nearness, mercy, and hope of Jesus.

Building for generations you may never meet.

These may be popular words right now, but sustainability, local ownership, long-term impact and multiplication have shaped the way Activate works from the beginning.

We do not want ministry to depend indefinitely on outside people, funding or solutions. We want to equip local leaders to use the resources, relationships and opportunities already within their communities—building churches and Kingdom Businesses that can continue multiplying long after we leave.

Because creating something that no longer needs us?

We’re trying to make ourselves unnecessary.

Not because partnership ends, but because healthy ministry should not depend forever on outsiders. We want local leaders to have the tools, relationships, businesses and resources to carry the work farther than we ever could.

Activate Global helps equip leaders to build sustainable churches and create local systems of support that can continue long after a training ends or an outside team leaves. The goal is not to keep ourselves at the center. It is to see local believers lead, provide, disciple and multiply within their own communities.

Most people would never guess this is a missions photo.

There is no stage, no crowd and no dramatic moment. Just one woman learning how to understand what her community needs before building a business to serve it.

But that business could support a family. Create work. Build trust. Open doors for the gospel. Help local ministry continue without depending forever on outside funding. And years from now, it could still be there.

The road is hard.

It is steep, dangerous, and often unpredictable. On a recent journey through the mountains of South Asia, our team shared:

“Our bikes slipped many times on the gravel roads. But by God’s grace, we arrived safely without any harm.”

After hours of difficult travel, they reached pastors and leaders who told them:
“Very few people come to serve in this area.”

The road is hard—but the people waiting at the end of it are worth reaching. And God continues to faithfully guide every mile. 🙏🏽

We thought it was time for a little reintroduction...

We’re Activate Global, and we exist to multiply sustainable churches among the unreached — places where people have little or no access to the gospel.

We believe the gospel often moves most faithfully and fruitfully through local believers: men and women who already know the language, culture, needs, and communities around them.

That’s why Activate Global equips local leaders to make disciples, plant churches, and launch Kingdom Businesses that help sustain long-term gospel presence in hard-to-reach places.

In many parts of the world, the question is not only, “How will the gospel get there?”

It’s also, “How will local leaders stay there?”

Through disciple-making training and Kingdom Business, local believers are being equipped to support their families, bless their communities, and see churches take root where the gospel is least known.

How can they be glad if we don’t lift them up?

Across the nations, there are men, women, and families walking through hardship, resistance, and spiritual darkness—many still waiting to hear the hope of Jesus.
Prayer is one of the ways we enter into the work.

When we lift up local leaders, unreached communities, and the nations before the Lord, we are asking Him to bring the kind of joy only His Kingdom can bring.
