NC Second Chance CDC- Harnett, Lee, Johnston Counties Branch We are a non-profit organization that helps citizens released from incarceration and their families achieve a successful re-entry back into society.

We also serve economically disadvantaged families and individuals within these counties. Currently we serve Harnett, Lee and Johnston counties. Whether an individual needs assistance obtaining housing, employment, education, healthcare, or any other individual or family service(s), North Carolina Second Chance CDC provides a dedicated support system through Partnerships with Service Providers made

up of various agencies, organizations and criminal justice friendly businesses that are willing to help our formerly incarcerated individuals become successfully productive citizens.​
